Multi-Program Agency: Creating Report To Check for Program CrossOver?
Hi! My NGO currently has 4 programs tied to Extended Reach. As an administrator, I can see, run reports on, and manage all of them. Functionally, all programs are separate, collect different data, provide separate services, etc and quite frequently we have a client that is receiving services from 2 or more of these programs. We can see these client's program files are tied within Extended Reach, but we can't seem to find a way to run a report under zoho that captures/shows an overview of this
Report of the Week - Horizontal Bar Chart
Ploting a bar chart horizontally looks better when you view a chart in a narrow layout such as mobile view. This can be easily done in Zoho Analytics. To create a horizontal bar chart, drop columns in the fields as given below. Y-Axis - Drop the dimension column (to categorize the data). X-Axis - Drop the metric column. The following animation illustrates how to create a bar chart that shows High Priority Tasks that are Overdue. You can also create a horizontal stacked bar by categorizing the data
Automatically migrating graphs and charts to external website
Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to have graphs and data automatically migrate to an external website? Is this something Zapier can do? I want a place my clients can login to and see their reports. I would prefer not want to have my clients have to sign up with a Zoho email to access the reports straight in Analytics. We want a branded website that houses all the reports. Hopefully this makes sense. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Anyone using Zoho Corporation Analytics Suite. I am trying to find a way to add comparison charts to this dashboard - https://lnkd.in/gRy36_Z, so that we can compare CU results with their peers in the industry. I am running into some issues and want to get some help.

This is pretty useful in highlighting the trend or plotting against a target to show progression. Zoho Analytics allows you to add this comparison indicator to your tabular reports such as Pivot Table and Summary View. You can add them in a few easy clicks. The following animation shows how to add an indicator in your report. For more information on conditional formatting, refer here.
Sum by different values in a group
Hi, we are triying to use Analytics to visuallize an inventory in Zoho Inventory. Our main table is Inventory Mapping, and the columns we are interested in are "Product ID" (item's ID), Inventory Lot ID and Quantity On Hand. We know that if we group the data as Product ID->Inventory Lot ID->Quantity On Hand, we get the different quantities on hand and their sum is the same quantity in stock that Zoho Inventory gives to us. In the given picture you can see what we are talking about: the column with

Tip of the Week - Read by Color intensity
Zoho Analytics allows you to categorize the data by color intensity. This will be pretty useful for visualizing data based on factors like volume of occurence or create a performance scale (bad to good) etc. To read the data by color intensity, you need to add an aggregate numerical column to the Color shelf, and set the legend to continuous band as shown in the below animation. This option is available in Bar, Bubble, Packed Bubble and Heat Map charts. However, it is best visualized in Heat Map

These mapped Variables can be further used in various scenarios such as sharing
Report of the Week - How to create a Bullet Chart?
A Bullet Chart is best suited to highlight a metric and compare it with a target value. You can also represent qualitative ranges of performance (or targets) such as poor, satisfactory, and good nicely in a bullet chart. The qualitative ranges are displayed as varying intensities of a single hue for easy comparison. A Bullet chart widget in Zoho Reports looks as shown below. In our example we have plotted the Sales in 2018. The blue bar denotes the total sales done so far. The grey line is the target

Report of the week - How do I create essential sales funnel charts on my CRM data?
Funnel charts are used to represent the flow of a process (business metric) across phases.
