Hello. I look at the post here: http://blogs.zoho.com/general/dynamic-chart-filtering-and-url-data-type-in-zoho-reports The Dynamic Chart Filtering is exactly what I need for my chart. I have 3 Columns: 1. The X-Axis - Series of number 1 Through 145. 2. Y-Axis - Data (Integer number according to the X Series). 3. Y-Axis - Data (Integer number according to the X Series). I create a Line Chart out of them yet can't enable those Checkboxes feature. How do I enable it? The Chart can accessed heres:
Charts sorting in numeric reverse
I have been having this problem a lot lately... The charting feature of Zoho reports is sorting everything backwards. For ethical purposes, values should be sorted from smallest value on the left to highest value of the right (0 -> 10, for example) from the bottom left of the axis. Currently, I can only create charts in my account that sort from the highest values on the left tot he lowest on the right (10 -> 0). Date fields won't import from Zoho Creator
I have 2 date fields in a Creator form that are MM-dd-yy. They refuse to import into Zoho Reports even though I have set the column properties in Zoho Reports to exactly the same format. Exporting multiple views as PDF
When I select the option to include multiple views in a single PDF, I cannot see all of my views in the selector. For some reason, I can only see 6 out 11 pivot views. How can I get the rest into the selector so that I can include them in my PDF file? Thanks for helping.

Filter in Tabular view does not save
I must say I don't understand. I have one database. I create a tabular view based on that database. I filter a column based on one of the column values. I save it. Now when I select this view there is no filter. WTF?
My data appears and disappears

I have a table whose records represents club attendee stats per month which includes (among several other fields) 5 fields representing the number of attendees per week of the month. Eg. Week1 = 20, Week2 =22 etc. I need to create a query that tells me the running average amount of weeks (not attendance) all clubs met per country. Importing Zipped CSV file
Hi, I have been trying to import CSV file, which size is 3.5MB. I know that Data size should be less than 3 MB and the number of rows should be less than 100000, when importing data. So I zipped the CSV file into a Zip file, which size is 439kB and try importing it as instruction stated in Create Database(import) Dialog. How do you query a multi-value field such as one imported from Creator
I get an "invalid column used in SELECT query" error when trying to do a SELECT query on any field containing multiple values that I have imported from Creator. For instance a Creator check box multi-select field. How should I query these type of fields?

I want to add a formula column that assigns a numeric (currency) value based on a string of text in another column. I have a column named response with the following possible values: SUCCESSOK; FAILED - 1,-1,24 = -1; FAILED - DUPLICATE; FAILED - Requirement; FAILED - VULGAR; NotBehind. Reports and RSS or XML Feeds
Hi Was wondering if it is possible to obtain an rss feed of a table in Zoho reports. I have setup a query table that combines some well needed data for analysis purposed which included geo data. I would like to know if there is a way to obtain an rss feed of this table (Not export to csv) so that I can ass it through google maps for visual analsis of our custoemr base. Please advise. Can you copy a database?
I've set up a database where student data can be analysed by various reports. I want another teacher, to be able to copy the database, to use the ready-made reports - not to share the data (which would be different). Is it possible for someone else to copy this public database? I can only see this option with the sample databases provided.
Questions about sharing databases
I have two questions about sharing Zoho Reports databases. First, in my home view, I don't have the option of sharing an entire database. Second, when I share a specific data table or query table with a co-worker, he can create reports from the data, but he can't export those reports. Query Table - Missing Fields for Filter

When I create a chart or edit an existing one created automatically, not all the fields on the query table are available as a filter. I cant see an obvious reason for the fields not being available. Speed Performance of Query Tables
We are doing a query table as a join between two tables using a positive number column to join on. One table is 36420 rows and the other54214 rows. When ever an update is done to the underlying tables the Query table refreshes, great, but the refresh takes minutes and data from the query table are not available during this. Are there know limits to keep within for Query tables to perform or any tricks that can help speeding this up?
Zoho report client API for Java Spring integration
The spring-zohoreport project aims at simplifying the use of the Zoho Report Java client libraries and wrap the client configuration with the Spring framework bean configuration. I have recently upgraded my account from Free to Profressional Plus, but I do not seem to be receiving the unlimited Scheduled Imports, as I created a new Report Database and the Refetch/Schedule Import option is not available under Import. Creating New Users in Zoho Reports
Using a free account to test Zoho Report for further use I'm trying to create a second user and let that users use a database I have created. Under subscription I add a user and I'm only asked to provide an email address. I then share the database with that user. However the user can not login as he does not have a user name and when he tries to use forgot password he get a message that the email account does not exists. How do I add calculated fields in a table (like in a spreadsheet)
I have a table and I'd like to add a field that is calculated based on the values of other fields (like I could in a spreadsheet). Is this possible? I am pretty sure that I could do this with a query table, but I'd like to avoid using SQL if there is an easier alternative. Hi all, We want to consolidate the pivot table (with same fields) in several large Excel file (~25-30MB) into 1 pivot table. Can we do that via Zoho Report ? I tried to upload the file but the current edition just allows up to 3MB Excel file. Is there anyway to upload bigger size (say professional edition) ? Thanks
The Upload tool always stuck after uploading 5000 rows
Hi, I tried Upload tool in Windows 2000 and retrieved data (> 5000 rows) from an MSSQL server then upload to Zoho server. It always hang (nothing happened) after showing this "Uploading query #1 data into Zoho reports" I checked on the table in Zoho and 5000 rows were inserted but my result (queried from MSSQL got more than 5000 rows). I did try Upload tool in some other environment with Windows XP and it passed the 5000 rows 1st upload. So not sure if it's because of the OS or any other things
