Help with dashboard creation in Desk
Hi There, We currently use Spiceworks and I am now testing Zoho Desk as it has more features especially SLAs and reports. Attached is a dashborad we use quite a lot as our agents need to make sure they complete 8 hours or work Mon-Thurs and 6.5 on a Friday.
Anyway to join CRM Accounts in Zoho CRM to Projects in Zoho Projects?
I don't see any ID or field besides using the name to perform a SQL join between the Accounts table and any table in Zoho Projects?

Adding Totals to Summary View
I have created a table using the summary view, but I cannot find how to add a total to the columns. You can easily do this in the pivot view, but you lose the ability to do conditional formatting in the pivot view. The theme in the summary view appears to show a total row, but no total exists. How can I resolve an Unix Time Stamp?

Hi, I have a table called "Person" with a column for City. Out of 87 records in the table, some 10 or so have City=Cambridge. I want to filter the records for that value.
