Expiry Date for Private Links You can now set expiry date for the link generated for a view, using Access without Login permission. After the said date, the link will expire automatically, and the view will not be accessible. Option to Request Access A shared user can now use the newly introduced Request Access option to request for read permissions for a shared view. When a shared user tries to access a view without proper permission, they will be navigated to the access denied page as shown above.

What does the Default Function column do when creating a new table? Can it be used to default the value to today's date? Ultimately I would like the value in the field to default to the current month - is that possible?

La tabla suma una serie de tickets en un periodo de tiempo y usando el campo Total Resolution time me da algo como 245.21265586 ?? no entiendo esa informacion. Mi idea es calcular el tiempo en horas de todos los tickets atendidos en ese mes.

Zoho Analytics vs Zoho Campaigns - Inconsistent data
Hello, I've run a few Campaigns via Zoho Campaigns (different Distribution Lists). I had a few Unsubscribers. I've tried to use predefined Zoho Analytics report - Unsubscribes (Zoho Campaigns) to get an exact list of names for all the campaigns run. However, from what I see, it shows me a different number of Unsubscribers from Zoho Campaigns (direct check). The same applies to a few other reports - data is inconsistent. I did synchronization before comparing the numbers. Could you please explain

Graphing Creator Subform data in analytics
Hello, I have a question on how to graph the data in a subform properly. I want to drill down the data based on one field in the subform such as the equipment name and I want that field to be displayed in the legend. But the name of the equipment is not a number value instead I am graphing values associated with that row in the subform; therefore the legend contains the name of the recorded values as opposed to the name of the equipment. I have this query from AccessDB (it works fine). Hi -- I'm having some trouble with two reports in the Advanced CRM Analytics. Here is what I want to run: 1.) An average of how long unsold potentials have been in their current stage. So if a potential was converted from a known opportunity to a proposal 5 days ago, I want it show stage duration of 5 days. Right now I can only see a report that uses closing date, but that is giving us inaccurate readings as the closing date is the estimated date a potential will sell. Therefore I am seeing a stage

Analytics - Old Stages that have been deleted are still showing up
When I run my report in analytics, it shows two stages in separate categories due to the stage name being changed in the CRM. How do I get it to combine them like they've been updated in the CRM. "No Show - Tour" is the new name and "No Show - Tour or Open House" was the old name. It's making my dashboards and analytics reports look sloppy and we're having to manually add the numbers together to get the correct numbers.
Scaled and Prorated Data to Time Period
I'm hoping someone else has had a similar need and figured out how to do this in Analytics. For one of our company divisions, we have set Goals for each sales person related to obtaining new contacts for us, and completing certain types of tasks for each contact throughout a 12 month time period. We'd like to be able to create reports that show how many tasks they have completed alongside how many tasks they have left. The goal will depend on what type of task, but it needs to be able to be scaled

Hello, I am trying to sync my CRM data so that I can create a report with new updated CRM information, but whenever I try to sync the data it says sync in progress endlessly until i refresh, and it then says sync failed. I have used up 3 out of 5 sync attempts trying to do this and I am wondering if anyone can help figure out why the sync is failing. - Thanks

Adding Date into Query File
Hi There, I am working on improving our data analytics and have come across Zoho. After a month of trialing it we are going ahead and getting all our data in it. So far I am very impressed with this. Only issue im stuck with and with many google searches and reading I am still stuck with this. Problem: We have 20 stores and will be importing sales data into Zoho on a weekly basis via CSV file. Each store has its own CSV file We currently have no automatic way to do this due to system limitation.

Importing data from a cloud database using a local variable
I need to import data from a cloud database but restrict the query to records that have a value in a sequence column that is greater than the last import. ie select * from mytable where ID > MAX(local copy of ID) Is there anyway to do this, maybe with a local variable? Retrieving close to a million rows needlessly every refresh doesn't make much sense......
How do I create a custom formula field using date from another formula field in a summary report?
I've created a couple of custom formula fields in my summary report and I'd like to use these fields to create other fields showing percentages and other formulas. However when I go to the add formula section like I had previously, none of the formula fields that I created in the summarize section are able to be chosen as a column to use in a formula. What's the work around? I've included screen shots of the fields I'm trying to use. Thanks,
