Report Filtering Question - Dependancies
Hi Folks - I have a bit of a unique business need regarding a desired format on an Incident report i have created. My current report is to show any Incident requests (any status) by Subcategory for the prior month. However, there is a need to also include ANY incidents that remain 'open' (i.e. not 'Closed' or 'Resolved'). How would I combine these two conditions? I can't seem to get it.

Lookup Column based on ID and not name
I have imported my Acccess Database into Analytics. The tables are connected using Lookup Column which is linked to the ID. e.g. I have a table called 'Inspector' and 'Company'. The lookup column in 'Inspector' looksup the Company ID. However that is a number and is meaningless unless I know the name. Is there a way to lookup the ID, but display the name, like we can do in Access. The difficulty is that to update the 'Inspector' table, I need to find the Company ID first from 'Company' to enter
Add user filter that filters data values that CONTAIN a search term
Hi, Is it possible to create a user filter for a report that includes all items in a column that contains a text value? For example, create user filter on Customer Name where Customer Name contains the value 'smith'. The equivalent SQL statement would be: Select * From Customer Where [Customer Name] Like '%smith%' Of course I do not want to create a query table for this. The report is for a business user who may want to change the user filter dynamically when running a report. Cheers Sunil
Why can't I select chart types other than Line Chart?
Hi Why can't I select chart types other than Line and Scatterd Chart? The other types are disabled!!! Is it because I am on the free plan? For example, I can't select a Pie chart, 3-D chart of any kind it is all grayed out. Thanks. xEDS
Enable Drill Down in Dashboard Views...
Hello, I am trying to make drilldown available on dashboards viewed view permalink You can check this link for an example: https://analytics.zoho.com/open-view/1497532000000156243/85c2726b127a59455d349bd912bec856 For this dashboard, under settings I have "Enable Drilldown" Checked! But, as you can see, there is no drill down functionality in the dashboard, unless it's actually inside of the Zoho Analytics Workspace. Columns - titles
Hello, I have created a tabular view and would like to change the column titles. I did that for my source table which I use in my tabular view. Titles changed in the table but not in tabular view. I have a "database" with a number of customer names. Most there multiple times. I'd like to have a report to show the list of unique names and the order in which they are. Exclude Weekends
I have created some first response reports for the last 30 days. My Helpdesk is only open 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday but people will log requests out with this time. I need the report to reflect only the times the Helpdesk is actually open. The report is skewed because it is counting 24x7 and not just open times.

Hi, I have a Wordpress web site page behind a login for our company users. I want to be able to embed a dashboard view onto a page for our small company and let them drill down as required. I have the Standard Plan - I presume this will work OK please ? I have tried it and found that sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't show and to help problem solve the issue - I just want to make sure that my membership will allow this - I think it does but am checking. Custom fields not showing current information in reports
We have custom project field called "Current Status Summary" which we update every few days and reports come out bi-weekly showing this information. The reports that came out this morning show the right information for some projects but for others the report shows information form last week and possibly even before that. The fields were updated yesterday so the report should be reflecting that information but it is not form many of the projects. Please help
Merging Axis, but not ALL axis
Is there a way to merge only some of the axis on a report ? I have a report, where I'd like to display - Cohort revenue averages - Cohort revenue summations - Cohort Count And I want 2 axis, one for the "Cohort Count" and a merged one for the two revenue data series. It seems to me that merge axis is either all or nothing. Is there a way to merge axis for only subset of data series? Thanks.
Working out Same Store Sales
Hi There, I am trying to work out a way in Zoho Analytics to calculate same store sales vs last year on the condition that the store traded the full month the prior year. I can't find the proper syntax which allows the selection of specific values from this column.
