Lost Closing Date
(Some, not all) closing dates are not showing up on reports of open potentials. Entered the same as others where the dates are displayed and no filters are applied. Just started to happen recently. Suggestions?

Zoho Reports Admin
Hello, I would suggest having at least 2 Admins for the Zoho Report module. Currently the reports Admin user defaults to the CRM Super Admin. These can be different people. For my job, I use the Reports module extensively, having to ask our Director to do syncs and add new fields when the CRM has custom fields/modules added is annoying and not productive. This also cause an issue when we upgraded to Zoho One. Our account was upgraded under our Directors user name instead of the existing Super Admin.

Running item reports that include NON inventory items.
Hi folks, I am new to reports and struggling a little to understand them. I seem to be able to graph my top 10 product sales per month no problem, as long as they are items we track inventory of. However, I can’t find a way to show the top sales of NON inventory items, or services such as “labour” for example. Hi Was looking for "Others" option in Filters tab while creating reports & graphs as provided in User Filters tab. In the Filters tab, after selecting required details in "Include Items" or "Exclude Items", there should be a option to display or calculate other items as "Others". New Formula to count Hold Orders
Hi, Firstly sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking this! I have started to use Zoho reports with Zendesk so very new to this - Inside Zendesk I have tickets with an tick box option to select when the ticket is a new order. I would like to create a new Aggregate formula in a report to count the number of tickets with this box checked but the ticket status is not closed, solved or deleted. I have easily worked out how to count the number of orders with the following: count("Tickets"."New Order")

Hi, I have a specific requirement to make using ZohoReports. It goes something like this: If "Status" is 10 (row #2) and "Status" of previous row is 2 (row #1), subtract "StatusTime" (#2.StatusTime - #1.StatusTime) and put it in #2.DifferenceTime How can I achieve this using Zoho reports? Thanks!

Date Pattern not recognized when importing data
Hi, I'm trying to import a data set which send a Date column in the format below: 2016-07-19T17:35:25-03:00 (it comes with a "T" between day and Hour) When I set the Date field in the import process to: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ (which is standard in the list of date formats available in Zoho Reports) IT won't import the column, saying the format is not like the imported data. The alternative is to choose the column, Find and Replace the "T" for a "space", and then change the format to the one below:

I've just updated an MS Access database from MDE to 2010 format ACCDE. It's now stopped uploading to ZOHO. Can anyone advise on the settings I need in the database_connection_params.conf. Time in Hours
Hi, I have a formula column calculating duration of a service call. It currently looks at two columns formatted as DD-MMM-YYYY HH:MM and subtracts one from the other to show the difference. Is it possible to have this shown in hours and minutes, rather than just minutes? The above would then show as 01:15:00. In excel the format would be [h]:mm:ss, but this doesn't appear to work in Zoho reports as it results in the following error: "The parameter DATEFORMAT does not match the accepted input pattern".

Customize Threshold
Hi On a report I have 2 Thresholds that appear very close together (I will be doing many reports where this occurs). I have attached an example of how the report looks if I just use the standard setup. Is there some way I can customize this so that the appearance is better. So we have three reports in Zoho CRM that I am trying to duplicate in Zoho Reports so we can than add each report to a Dashboard in Zoho Reports. I use a filter on individual values with about 60 of 200 values for a report. Is it possible to use this filter on other reports, too - l besides selecting those 60 values for every single report?

Database structure advice please
Currently I add new monthly data to the bottom of a spreadsheet when updating monthly. So my spreadsheet gets longer each month and I work with one table in Reports. Would it be more efficient to have seperate spreadsheets and tables for each month and join them in Reports? Can some knowledgeable person advise me as to the best approach and explain why one is better than the other. Regards Mark
What does Refresh do?
My data is in an Excel sheet on my hard drive. When I make changes to this file I would expect Refresh to show the changes but it doesn't. How do I update files in Report that have been changed in the original file on my machine? Feeling foolish - what am I missing here? What does refresh do? Mark

Invoice ID not unique?
Hi, using Zoho Reports I pulled a report from the table "Invoices" and exported it as Excel. The outcome is that in the Excel file the invoice ID does no longer match what is inside Zoho database. Please see screenshot attached and notice how the information differs. Please advise! Thanks, Mark
