Table vs Graph number rounding
Hello, Why the table has a configuration of rounding and the graphs another? See this example that uses the same data source and filters: Table total number: R$2.382.224 Same filters, but has a graph: R$2.382.218 When I change decimal config to 2 decimals in the column from data source table, they match! But just when I do this! Result (right result): See that the rounding from the graphs are the right one, cause R$2.382.217,61 is indeed R$2.382.218. Should this happen? I really don't want to show

I'm attempting to use the IMPORT function with JSON on the Zoho Reports API but cannot seem to get the ZOHO_DATE_FORMAT right. Zoho CRM & Zoho Reports
We are using Zoho reports to create some custom function dashboards from our CRM data. When the Zoho CRM data is automatically extracted and presented in Zoho reports the email (that we mostly populate from our Outlook integration) is not pulled through. To get around this we have manually exported the email history from Zoho CRM and then imported the table into Zoho reports. This is a manual process that I'd like to do automatically on a daily basis. What is the best way to achieve this?

Hi, I would like to ask you for help. We are an online marketing agency setting up our sales CRM on Zoho. For a proper tracking I need a report showing me the standard amount of campaigns sold by our sales reps (expected, or closed), but the revenue/sales amount needs to be allocated according to the flight/delivery dates of a campaign. e.g. campaign for a brand is sold at March 13th, but is going to be delivered from April 1st to May 31st. Then I would like to have the revenue allocated accordingly

We are exporting from Zoho CRM to Zoho Reports on a daily basis to create some custom dashboards We wanted to include email activity, which is mostly imported from outlook add in. As the email activity isn't imported as a default we have exported it manually as a csv and then imported it as a new table. Is there any way to automate this process? Only need a 24 hour update.

How to plot average of something data graph
I have a data which these fields for a month - Month - Country - Total of Something - User count - Avg (calculated as total of something/user count) While plotting graphs for a month, I want to show Avg. Multipe date format during CSV data import
Hi, I tried to import a CSV data file (can apply to MS Excel data files as well) where there are two date columns but different date formats. One column had the dates formatted as "dd/mm/yyyy" while another column had the dates formatted as "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss". When importing into Zoho, you can select a date format that translates any input column that meets the date format as a date data type. However, this would apply to one of the columns as it has data formatted as per Zoho date format specification

Hello, I notice that my graph's sizes modify by itself from time to time when inserted in dashboards (always to a smaller size). The only thing that I do is add data in the data table that feed these graphs. But sometimes I input some data, as always, and the graph size doesn't modify. We are evaluating Zoho Reports for use in our company. The functionality seems very promising However we experience problems with uploading from either an Access-database or csv-files. Almost 2 weeks back we have sent a support-question to you - maybe there was a system error because also my forum post from the same day seems to be lost. We do not manage to upload from a database - we get errors where we are asked to send in the log for support. With csv there is an import but the data is incorrect.

I have reports and creator synchronising correctly - but if i add an extra column in reports (custom column) because i need to do some calculations - will that cause the synchronisation to fail because table structure has changed or am i better off having a default table for synchronisation purposes and then defining a 2nd table to allow manipulation within reports?

I'm looking to hide an entire row of data if the project was completed before a certain date. For example, if I want the report (just a standard table report) to hide the entire row of data if the item was completed 1 month ago or order. If I export a dashboard (containing a pivot report) to a html file, there are no scroll bars - it expands to the length it needs. But this is a manual process. Can I embed a dashboard into a webpage so that it expands to the space it needs. This would then be automatically updated and viewable easily on a tablet. This would make zoho reports very powerful.
