Can I synchronize Zoho Reports folders with another site?
I would like to create a website on which their were embedded Zoho reports. I want to organize this reports into folders. How can I synchronize my folders with Zoho reports folders? There is an API which doing this? Thanks: miamano

Hello, i have made a table with a password column and then a report for that. I was wondering is there any way when i publish it, the report asks the user for the password field and displays only the row with that password? Thank you.

Convert Text String (Date Info) into Date Values
We have a number of reports where the data is coming from web input and is slated to be scheduled "daily" As such changing the Datatype of the field from Plain Text to Date would cause the scheduled "fetch" to remove the Date Values. Limited number of records displaying on me iframe
Hello Zoho-ers, I have a question which I hope you may be able to shed light on. I have made a database with several records (about 20) however when I load the iframe on my website, I can only see 9 entries. I cannot seem to work out how to make all the records show as they do in the report view. Any suggestions?

Changing user roles + backups
How do I change the role of a user? If I click on "User" I get "No database objects (tables or reports) shared to this user". I need to assign another user as database owner/admin. I also upgraded to the Standard Account which provides Backups. When I go to Backups, it says "No Backup available." Why's that? thanks
Changing admin in reports
Is it possible to change the admin in Reports? I want to assign this to another employee and have the existing admin setup another account. Unfortunately cannot create a new account as long as that email address is already assigned as the admin in the current account.

Delay to populate User's Filters droplist

Hi, I am attempting to create a year to last month report. While I see pre-built relative filters for "This Quarter", "This Month" and "Last Quarter" and "Last Month" etc. I don't see a pre-built filter for either "This Year" or "This Year to Last Month" or a way to create a relative filter to accomplish this. Cannot Change a Column to Lookup Column because it is used in report or query
Hi By mistake I removed a Lookup Column from one of the columns in my table and now I cannot add it back since I get an error message saying that the column in question is used in XYZ report. How can I resolve this situation? No information changed in any of the tables, and the table in question is used in a lot of queries and reports, so it is not feasible to delete and then recreate all of them. any help is appreciated. regards TJ
Problem With Viewers Being Able to Edit Public View
I am having a problem with the public view of my database. The edit options are available to ANYONE viewing the form EVEN when I am logged out of my Zoho account. It wasn't like this when I first embedded the view or for several months following. I just noticed this within the past few days. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. HELP!

How do I sort a bar chart x order by y value?
I have a table of invoices with customer name and invoice payment information. I created a chart showing average payment time for each customer. Currently, the x axis is sorted by customer name, but I want it to be sorted by the average payment time (so that customers who take a long time are on the left and customers who pay quickly are on the right). The pivot table feature has sorting, which is nice, but I can't figure out how to do sorting in the chart. Any help would be appreciated.
Ascending Sort on Y-Axis?
I want to be able to chart Rankings, with ranking #1 being at the top of the Y-Axis and ranking #10 at the bottom of the Y-Axis. Currently, the Y-axis auto sorts descending from top to bottom. Is there anyway to reverse the sort? The only way I am able to plot rankings over time is with #1 at the bottom of the chart and that is not very intuitive. Thanks!

Import errors reformatting text as numbers/dates/times
Hi, Hope you can help. Recently when importing an XLS spreadsheet into Reports, i have noticed that text columns that START with a number are interpreted as numbers/dates/times by Reports. e.g. the original text "3AM" results in 03:00:00 appearing in the column even though both the original spreadsheet AND the Zoho import settings are for the column to regrad the content as text. This has only started happening recently; previously the data was imported OK. Many thanks D

I am importing CSV data from a Zoho Form to Zoho Reports. I found that any text field with double quotes is not properly imported into Zoho Reports. Can you fix this bug?

Hi, I find Zoho's reporting capabilities very limiting and I'd like to be able to export data into excel so I can manipulate it more easily. However there seems to be a limitation to exporting only 2000 lines at a time. Is there a workaround for this? I'm looking for a way to export an entire report in one click. Thanks, Anokhee

Hi, I have a query table that consolidates several tables. I need to make a calculation based on all the data grouped in the query table. It seems I can not link a query table to a new table and then add a custom formula field. I can not add a custom formula in the query table too. Any advice? Thanks.
Click to see the data option in embedded report does not always appear
Hello Users have reported that on viewing a Zoho report embedded in a web page, they cannot always see the 'click to see the data' option. I have tested this report in design view and I can indeed view the data behind any of these data points. I have also tested it in IE8 and it seems fine there but however I cannot see the option in Chrome at all. Can you point me in the right direction as to what I can check? Regards, Sandra.

Totals with Tables themselves
I've created a table to monitor service usage of our company. A client buys a set number of hours of service and then as they use the service, we "debit" the account. I have a "Hours Purchased" and "Hours Used" column, along with a formula column for "Balance" that subtracts Used from Purchased. In using a pivot table report, I can obtain totals and grand totals. Hi, I am importing data from Zoho Creator to Zoho Reports. When I refetch the data, I have it configured so that it updates records already there and adds in new records.
