Zoho calendar on my android phone
Hi, On my android phone I use my zoho calendar by sharing it with the google calendar. This worked for a while but since some time events don't come through anymore, which is very annoying. Many users report about simular problems on google fora, but google cannot solve it or does not give priority to this. I wonder how Android can ever become a serious business application if a basic requirement as a calendar doesn't work. Enough chances for ZOHO to step in! If zoho could provide us a good android
How come there is no mobile notification option for events on your Calendar?
Google lets you set events on your calendar to notify you via email AND to notify your mobile phone. Please add this! Thanks!
Zoho Calendar in Zoho CRM
Proposals: 1. Calendar in CRM should be accessible vie tabs in menu 2. All task and events should be added to calendar (as is now). BUT - in calendar should be possibility to move particular tasks and events to new date. If there are will be move via calendar, in CRM, in Activities tab - dates of task and events should be automatically updated. 3. There should be also possible to sync Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar (full, two way sync, writable in to all directions)
calendar functionality
Hi - I find the calendar functionality very lacking. maybe I am spoiled by Outlook... but here are the problems: 1. most users send me Outlook meeting request and that many times that doesn't translate well in Zoho email let alone calendar. 2. the meeting request doesn't always come as an attached ICS format. 3. sometimes the information for the meeting is part of an email and not necessarily a meeting request. In all these scenarios, it is cumbersome to switch between Calendar and Email to schedule/add
Link ZOHO Calendar with ZOHO Creator's iCal Feed
ZOHO Creator can generate an iCal feed: http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/?ftid=2266000000263727 Right now I'm using Google Calendar to render the feed. But G-Cal does not refresh the feed in a timely way. I'm guessing if the Creator and Calendar teams unite on this, they could get a live subscription (via Creator's ical url) to feed ZOHO Calendar. This, to me, is one of the most critical pieces of a comprehensive cloud apps platform. And you're missing it. For the past year, it's been "coming". If it doesn't come soon, I'm moving over to live.com which provides *FREE* exchange services, including calendar, mail, etc. and full online access. and unlimited mail storage. and free custom domain. Please please please make this happen because I don't want to support microsoft, I want to support Zoho!

We need more brighter and darker color selections for the calendar. I have many multiple calendars and alot of the colors are very mundane and close to the same. need brighter reds, blues, greens, and dark colors.. is this being updated?
Crossing out past days
Can you cross out the date passed, it would be much more readable and convenient. I've seen this simple feature in toodledo and it's really nice!
Make the sync between google calendar and zoho calendar better
At this time I can only get this to sync every 6 hours. That makes the information on Zoho inaccurate most of the time. Please give us the option to sync in much shorter intervals. The best solution would be to offer a feature that would allow us to force a sync - that would make information on Zoho accurate when it needs to be!

How do I create/enable different colors for each CRM user?

External Facing Calendar Scheduling w/o Zoho ID
I would like there to be a way for people to schedule meetings by visiting a publicly published calendar. The publicly published calendar would reflect just busy and free times, and to schedule a meeting, the visitor would simply have to provide and e-mail address. This sort of functionality is available in products like Tungle ( www.tungle.com ), but I would like to see it nativity supported in Zoho calendar. If it is available and I have missed something, please provide your feedback.

It seems to me it would be simple and useful to have the calender send my phone text messages as reminders of things. Any chance of this?

I have a customer who is looking to develop a self service platform which one of the most important offerings is a calendar which would enable a user to distribute important dates across personnel in different countries. Each countries dates would be slightly different based on specific government and other factors. Zoho Calendar looks like a potential solution for this customer but I cannot see any information in relation to API for the Calendar product specifically which would help us automate
"Whole Day" Bar at top of calendar not adjustable
Hi there, I love the calendar, and I enter a lot of items which extend over several days, so they appear in the top row. The problem is, only 5 itemas can be shown at the same time. With more than 5 items, you get a scroll bar at the right side, which is not bad, but very easily overlookable. Week by Week Scrolling in Month View
It would be nice to have a the weeks scroll while in the Month View the same way Outlook does.
Month Navigation
It is very slow if I want to look at a calendar for a different month. If, say, I want to look at May 2013 I have to click the right double arrow 12 times (and wait for it to refresh each time) This seems to be un-necessarily clunky. Could you put a quicker way to navigate to another month please? Peter
Spreadsheet to Calender Link
Hi there, We have a spreadsheet that sets up fixtures (schedules) for a number of sports teams. Fixtures are added, deleted and changed fairly often. One spreadsheet collects all of the teams fixtures and puts them into chronological order with all of the details necessary for export as a CSV file and import into a Calendar. ('calendar' sheet) However, it would be great to automate the link process! The link to the Calendar would work so that any changes in the spreadsheet were reflected on the Calender.
Printing calendar - exclude 'out of work' hours
In the calendar setup we can select our 'work hours' which are displayed on screen. However, when a calendar is printed this information is ignored, and the hours are printed from 12am - which creates a lot of wasted space which could otherwise be used for spacing out the valuable hours. Could you please have a 'print hours' setting as well, or otherwise simply print out the 'work hours'
Accidently move entries
Hi there, The feature where you can move entries earlier or later by dragging them around is cool, but a bit error-prone. Same thing with making them longer by dragging the bottom bar. I have alreay accidently moved an entry, and I didn't know the original time anymore. Suggestion: - Add a selection in the prefences area, where you can switch off this moving-by-dragging behaviour. want to enable calendar URL without showing detail
Want to make my calendar available so anyone can see time blocked (rather than having to add 83 email addresses!!), but don't want them to see details. Want an option to enable URL but with blocking on for view only, no details, no changes allowed
Repeat Appt Not Updateing In A Subscribed Calendar
I am having an issue with repeat appt on the Zoho Calendar. If the repeat appt gets changed, the changes will reflect in an embedded calendar, but will NOT change/update in a shared calendar. How can this be fixed?

Muli-week calendar
Hello, I would find great if Zoho Calendar could be displayed in a multiweek way. Three weeks would be the best for me. The week view is too large, one cannot see a whole day at a glance. And knowing what's happening the next week is of high importance. The month view is too small. This month for example, six weeks are displayed on the month view. The boxes are then way too small to display enough and one must always click on "+x more". Thanks for the good work, Nicolas

Zoho Docs and Zoho Campaigns have been well worth the investment so far. I'm looking into replacing our existing website calendar with Zoho Calendars. The Request for Appointment process would be very useful for our members to submit calendar entries for approval. However, it is missing a lot of detail which removes it as an option for now. Hey guys, When I decide to participate in a Zoho webinar, you guys give me the opportunity to save the event in any given calendar I want to (e.g. google, outlook. iCal) but not in your very own zoho calendar!
