ZOHO Wiki Embedeed ZOHO Calendars
All the new templates and styles for embedding ZOHO calendar in ZOHO Wiki are great. However, only showing event titles is not very satisfying and seems to be an obvious feature that was overlooked. We want to click the title to have a JavaScript type floating window with all the event details. Also, any HTML in the event details should be rendered in this floating box.
Calendar Question - Repeating Events
I have some annual events in my calendar. When I view them online at calendar.zoho.com they are listed exactly on the day I assigned them to. However, when I view those same events on the mobile site using my android, the event shows up on the day I assigned it to and also shows up on the day after. This is occurring with every event I created with an annual frequency assigned. Thanks, Dan
Notifications
I still use Google Calendar because I can get SMS notifications of appointments when I'm away from my computer. I would love to switch totally to Zoho if you added such a feture here. Is there any plans to do so?

Outlook plugin: warning about accessing email addresses
I've just installed the Zoho Calendar plugin for Outlook. When I try and sync, I get a warning that a program is attempting to access the email addresses I have stored in Outlook. This makes me nervous enough that I'm not going to enable this functionality until I understand what is going on here. Is Zoho attempting to store, send emails to, or do anything else with the email address information I have saved in Outlook? I've been burned by programs doing this before and generating emails to people

I am working with a company that provides outsourced sales and lead generation services. We schedule appointments for our clients and currently do not have a shared calendar that we and our clients may access and interact with. I need to set up a calendar to share with clients. Events not visible in calendar
My events do not appear on the day, week, work or month views. The small calendar to the left is shaded on dates that have events, but I can't see the actual events. Please help? Thanks!

hi, i have the following issue. i created an calendar event which lasts the whole day at the 15th of the month and which repeats monthly. when i exported it and loaded it into ical (osx tiger) it showed up on the 20th i tried another event, a birthday on jun 20th .. when i exported it and loaded thee .ics file into ical it was on jun 21th.. any ideas what i might be doing wrong? cheers! b.

I marked an appointment as private but it still shows on the Work Calender? in other words, can I add an appointment and mark it as private so it will not show on my work calender

Can you cross out the date passed, it would be much more readable and convenient. I've seen this simple feature in toodledo and it's really nice!

'All day' events are not being saved permanently.
If you set up a an event, click 'more details' and tick the 'all day' box and then save, the event appears to be saved ok. It appears on the current month view. However if you move to the next month (or any other one) and then return to the current month, there is no sign of the all day event. Anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?? Connect items/images to appointments/tasks
I would love the ability to connect items (emails, images, vcards, notes, documents or other files) to appointments and tasks. For example, I may add the task "Call plumber Joe about invoice", and then add the invoice to the task itself, to save me some time when the tasks is to be done. .ics not showing on invites
Hi, When sending invites (about 1 month ago) Zoho used to send an .ics attachment so users (of Gmail etc) could accept and add invite to their own calendar. Now, instead users get a link to an event invitation to accept/decline etc. Surely it was better to have .ics standard so user can import into their own calendar regardless of which system they are using or am I missing a setting here?! moving all appointments in a calander by two hours
Hi, I have a user that set up the wrong timezone, and then booked dozens of appointments. Is there any easy way to change the timezone and have all the appointments adjust so they are still at the same time? ie one is at 2pm PST, and when he changes it to CST, it's then at 4pm, we want it to stay at 2pm. Outlook plugin
I have been using the Outlook plugin for a week. Worked great, then during sync, getting repeated error, "Session ended. Please sign in again". Clicked on "OK" but it was an endless loop and had to used task manager to end Outlook.
my day view looks weird
Initially the day view on my calendar looked fine. Then for some reason it looks different now. The times are way off to the right and the main screen that normally would show lines is blank.
Deleting a Calendar
How can I completely remove a calendar from zoho business calendar tab? I can delete tasks easy enough but when I attempt to delete a calendar it says "Calendar Deleted" but the calendar still remains even after logging back on with IE. Anything I'm doing wrong?
