Can't edit campaigns models after first edit, lot of errors in console
Hello, In Campaigns, we create a new campaign, we select a template from Zoho library, we make some changes and we save it as a new template. Then we create another campaign and select the last created template we made. At this point we cannot modify this one anymore, the text cursor never appears so we cannot modify these templates. There's a problem with the campaigns tool ? Thanks in advance. Best regards.

Hello, guys! Looking to create a good email template. Can anyone recommend good external visual editor that can be used to create and import email templates to Zoho Campaigns? I checked Beefree.io and it generally works but Zoho Campaigns dismiss the responsiveness: when I send the email from Beefree it is responsive, when I import the same HTML to Zoho Campaigns the email becomes non-responsive. Custom workflows can be added to email campaigns before sending by going to advanced options > response actions. However, the only available response actions are email opened and clicked. Is there a way to add a workflow to an email campaign that will execute when the email is successfully delivered? Correct Way to Insert Merge Tags in Links
I'm using Zoho Campaigns and Survey. I need to create a link to the survey in the email and I also am using custom Unsubscribe copy so I need to be able to create a link for that as well. I am syncing contacts from the CRM to our Campaign account, and noticed when we are changing the email address in Zoho CRM, it is creating a duplicate contact in our Zoho Campaign account. When asking email recipients to register their details for a campaign, can I get Zoho Campaigns to pre-fill the form with their contact details upon landing on our website page?
