Clone Signup Form Doesn't Work
Hi, I just cloned a signup form thinking the same image and formatting what I had already worked out would copy over, but it would not. Original Form Cloned FormAs you can see the images are different. I wanted to just upload a new background image to the new form, but now I have to redo it. Thank you

Hi, What happens if an unsubscribed lead/contact in zoho campaigns fills out a form from zoho form that is synced to zoho crm, that is synced to zoho campaigns triggering an email series workflow? Will that contact/lead be automatically subscribed again and will receive the desired email series that s/he has signed up for?
Hard Bounce in CRM
Dear All, I just did my first email campaign with Zoho Campaigns. I received some hard bounces from the campaign, and I would like to integrate that info in my CRM by erasing the email (which are hard bounced) How should I do that ? Thanks! Jennifer

Hello, There is something I don't quite grasp when creating a new signup form. A signup form is list to one mailing list. However, it's possible to add in the page, a list of all email, and let the user select which newsletter he/she wants to subscribe. So... When a user subscribe select from the list a newsletter, is he/she also subscribed to the newsletter attached to the form ? Moving contacts from one list to other based on Segment
Hi, we have created a form using Zoho forms. In this form users who fill it out have the option to choose multiple types of newsletters that they may receive from us using a multi-select-checkbox field. Product newsletter, price updates 5 topics in total. We have created a separate list for each topic in Campaigns But since we can only connect one list with the integration in Forms I was wondering if it's possible to move the contacts into their respective separate list inside Campaigns somehow.

Zoho Campaigns - identify, segment, or add to list contacts that have never been emailed
Is there a way to identify Campaigns contacts who have never been emailed? As the Campaigns contacts are dynamic, I want to make sure I find all contacts who had never received any emails from us or ones who had received only one. As contacts are added over time some may have received certain information a few times whereas others had never received it. It makes no sense to spam some and leave out the others. I'd like to review my records which are synced to the Campaigns that are in my CRM Leads module and not a converted contact in the Contacts module. Is there any way to do that? Thanks.
Zoho Campaigns: "Sign up for e-news" vs. "Contact us" form
I'd like to have two forms on our website: 1) an email sign-up for our newsletter and 2) a contact us form. #1 gets an auto-responder that asks them to confirm they want to be added to the email list, and then they'll start getting our e-newsletter. I've figured this out. For #2, I want them to get an auto-responder saying "thanks, we'll be in touch," but nothing else. And I'd like Zoho to email me when someone does this. Is that possible? Can you select specific contacts from a list to send a campaign to?
I have a list of contacts, and would like to send a campaign to subset of them. I can't use segmenting as there is no common filter between those contacts, and the sub set of contacts may only be used once. Can I select the contacts from a list to send the campaign to as a one off campaign?
Removing Senders
I cannot remove senders added by other users? I am the administrator... The users I cannot remove were added by an old employee. Second, I have two senders who are the same. One email is verified, the other is not. But I cannot select the email that is verified to be a sender/receiver.

Tell a Friend email sends default message, not the message I customized

Soft and Hard Bounces
I just moved from Infusionsoft to Zoho One. Like what we are able to do. But ..... Infusionsoft does impose very strict rules on their email campaigns, you must have a clean list or they will throttle you, than cut you off. And they do it with very low numbers of complaints or bad labels. So my list was scrubbed and used often. I can't figure out sync the total number of opens and/or clicks for a particular lead (or contact in campaigns) to corresponding fields I have created in Leads (Zoho CRM). This seems like something that would a) be relatively easy and b) be something I would think most people using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM would find useful. I have figured out how to sync the contact score from campaigns to CRM, but would like to have more detailed information. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to export converted contact from a form
From a subscripiton form, I try to export all converted contacts. However, the Export panel is behind the Confirmed contacts... Editing the z-index: of the popup class from 13 to 100 resolves the problem. But you ned to have web dev skills :) Regards

duplicate email addresses
Our organization would like to send out a newsletter, and the problem is that some of our clients need to receive multiple newsletters to the same email address. Campaigns is currently sending out only one to each email address, and marking the remaining as duplicates. Is there a way to force it to send those, even though the email address is a duplicate?

Gmail clipping email content
I've been designing a template, but when I send myself test emails, Gmail does not show the whole email. It cuts it off halfway and says "[Message clipped] View entire message". I'm looking for a way to make sure the whole email is shown, without needing to click on another link. Please let me know if there is a solution to this. Thanks!

Anyone Using Campaigns with an SMS program like MightyText that syncs to your phone?
i'm a solopreneur using CRM and dabbling in Campaigns. I use MightText which let's me send texts from my desktop (on the webapp) and pushes it to my phone to send. This has been a great platform since I can see what's been sent (as well as responses) on my phone. Hard & Soft Bounces
Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users, We just sent out our first campaign and got quite a number of "Bounces" as a result. After having checked the user guide, the definition of a bounce was still not totally clear to me. Does a hard bounce mean the email never even arrives at the specific user, or does it mean it automatically arrives in the trash? In what way is this different from a soft bounce? And as a follow-up, what could we do, to avoid these bounces happening in the future? Hope someone
Workflow trigger
I have a workflow that is running now that consists of 7 emails that go out over a period of time. I am building another workflow that is similar with a different subject. We have some Leads that will get put into both workflows. I am looking for a way to check if a lead has exited the previous workflow in the past 2 weeks. Is there a way I can do that? We don't want to enter them into the new workflow unless it has been at least 2 weeks since they were in the first workflow.
Schedule Campaign Did not Work
This is first time i am using campaigns i finished all work yesterday and scheduled it to go out 20 mins ago, it did not work but said it was scheduled. Something seems off in your system if it says all the correct information but does not do anything. It has my timezone GMT. I cancelled it an manually sent it which is now working.

Hi, Zoho Campaigns offers us wide variety of reports but a major issue on these reports that, we can't filter any report regarding to our opened or non-opened or clicked contacts. For an example; I want to filter my contacts which have clicked our mails with browsers, devices and e-mail clients. But I can't make this filter. I can only see all of the recipients stats but I can't analyse same stats with clicked recipients and opened recipients. We want to analyse our recipient profile with their actions.
