Contacts not Syning from CRM to Contact List
I have made a list in Zoho CRM and have synced it to my Zoho contact list for a campaign. The list has been sitting in the active sync list for over 24 hours. The list is active in the sync but it is in the "import Queue" and has not added any of the contact to my list. Please advise me on how I can fix this problem. I have multiple list I need to create and everything is sitting in a queue and not transferring to my contact list.

Mass update of leads fields from Campaigns to CRM
Hi there, I'm currently working on Campaigns, and I would like to update some fields of the Campaigns in the CRM. Please see the screenshot; in this case, I want to update the lead status. So I'm clicking on the tick on the left, and do a mass update of the lead status. The lead status is updated on Campaigns. But when I check the CRM, the lead status is not updated. Hi all, We have build a custom responsive HTML template. When we import the template using the "Import/Upload HTML" the template is loaded correctly, but the responsive doesn´t works. We have tried the template with other email marketing tools (like MailChimp) and works great. I have created a custom workflow which is working, but as far as I can tell, I will have to clone the workflow for every email campaign, change the subject line, select the new campaign, etc. Is there a more efficient way to do this? How do I customize the "Tell-a-friend" email that is forwarded?
Hello, I understand that right now Zoho Campaign emails have a "Tell-a-friend" link in the footer. This seemed to be nice feature which we would take advantage of. Unfortunately, the page the link takes you to looks a little sloppy, and the email which is forwarded to the friend looks ugly and spammy. Is there a way to customize the page and the email? The feature is essentially worthless if the sharing experience is terrible.

Is it possible to add custom html for the forward email yet? I would like to remove the extra step of clicking on the link and actually forward the email itself.
