I can not accept the invitation to join in my Organization, MVV. When i search for solution, i saw a thread which told user to self-remove from current organization but i dont see this option on (Manage User) either.

Hi, Do contacts in the 'Do-Not-Mail'-list count for the payment plan? I don't want to get our total contacts above our cap and adding thousands of contacts to the 'Do-Not-Mail'-list is a solution of staying under the cap. A cleanup could help us out, but removing contacts is pretty hard, when they have no value to us ('never opened in 1 year' as example).

How to make a template email with custom background?
I'm trying to make my own HTML template with custom background to be visible in email clients on both sides of the main email content. I do it with 2 tables: the outer table defined to be 100% wide and has picture in background and the inner table is 600px wide, so I should be able to see the background around the main content, for instance in Gmail. The way sender's email address appears on an email when sent from Campaigns
I have just my first email campaign to an internal test group. However, the recipient's Outlook recognises that the email has not come from my normal email address and my email address displays in this format: My name, my email (both of these presumably coming from the way I have configured the campaign, and then, myname via eu.zcsend.net. Is there any way of getting rid of the last part (myname via eu.zcsend.net.) Thanks
How To Create & Save Email Template In HTML
I have designed a newsletter in html and I want to save it as a template in zoho campaigns so that I can quickly create new newsletters. I know that I can save templates to my library if I edit one of the pre made templates, is there an edit/view html button in the design from template option so that I could simply copy my html over this and then save? Or is there a way to do this in the html editor instead? Any Ideas?

Duplicate Contacts
I want to import my contacts from Zoho CRM Leads. But we have a number of leads that are duplicated. It is a slow process to merge these within CRM. If we import them all into Campaigns will campaigns import the duplicates or will it recognize they are duplicates and skip? I dont want to end up sending the same email to a contact twice!

Trying to setup email activity based autoresponder.
Hello, I was trying to setup a campaign and associate a autoresponder for opened,unopened and clicks we get on the campaign. Now further i want to setup one more autoresponder as to send followup for opened emails which we get on initial autoresponder. Now when i was trying to setup the second autoresponder i was unable to associate it with first as it is throwing error as 'no autoresponder message found' however i completed the activtion process for the first autoresponder and email campaign. All of a sudden - can't create a synch
Help, please! I have been successfully integrating campaigns with CRM for the past year. Now - when I try to create a new sych, I get the following message: "You can create sync only if you've chosen to show this module in the Organize Modules section or if you have the permission to access this module in Zoho CRM". Nothing has changed in CRM - other than I did recently change my password. I cannot find anywhere in campaigns that to re-enter my CRM password or reconnect to CRM if that is the issue.

How to Read Auto Replies
I see on our last campaign we received 12 auto replies. Typically, these are just out-of-office replies, but I know from experience that sometimes these automatic messages are notices that the user has left the company, or has retired, etc. (even if the subject is just "automatic reply"). I want to be able to read these messages to make sure, but I can only seem to view the header data of the message. How do I read the full reply?

My Video Tag is not showing in list of merge tags
Hi I've added a video tag so I can show a youtube video in my email campaign. However, it does not appear in the drop down list of merge tags, so I can't use it. This article from zoho says it should be visible in the merge tags section, by selecting 'Video Custom Tags'. But my list doesn't have a Video Custom Tags option - the only one referencing video is 'Video Merge Tags' and that is empty. How do I get the video tag in to the email template? Many thanks, Troy
Urgent issue! Change status: 'consent approved' to 'consent required'
I have tried to sent out a 'consent email' to people that I have imported through a CSV file. Apparently when you import these contacts, they directly get a 'consent approved' status. Therefore I wasn't able to sent out the consent email. Someone told me that you cannot sent a consent mail to people that already have a 'consent approved' tag. My question: how can I change the approved status to required status? So I can sent a consent email to my imported contacts? Thanks a lot!
Why the deleted contacts in my CRM is still in my Campaigns list?
I am having a big trouble with syncing my CRM contacts and leads with Campaign lists. The deleted/moved/converted contacts are still in the corresponding list. The sync is not capturing all the changes in the CRM. I have checked multiple times with multiple lists. I have also checked all options in the Sync settings like remove from Zoho Campaigns and remove from mailing list. Can you please help me? Is there anything that I am missing?

Entire mailings lists no showing on page
Hi folks, I have been trying since last night to get this working, by changing browsers and computers. I wish to update a signup for a mailing list. I click Contacts -> Manage Lists and then select the list in quest High-Space (325). The page that loads is empty of all details - I just get the stardard campaign menus, but nothing inside the page. This happens in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Please assist.
