Add All Subscribers to Email List for Campaign
I synced by Subscriber list with my CRM, so anyone added as a Lead will automatically be added as a Subscriber. Until now, I have segmented that population into separate lists and only sent campaigns to those lists. However, now I want to send a Campaign to All Subscribers, but I can't figure out how to add all Subscribers (8100) to a single List (without adding 200 at a time) Ideas?
Automatically making my Zoho Campaigns hyperlinks blue & underlined
Am I missing something? Whenever I create a hyperlink in my Zoho Campaigns, I have to manually change the text to this color of blue. Isn't that just standard HTML to make all hyperlinks blue? The attached screenshot shows a link I had to manually set as blue – the "Zapier has a fascinating guide with a look at seemingly every email tool" isn't automatically turning blue.

What actions can we take if we have a subscriber, we use double opted-in, hit 'spam' on one of our emails? They probably just wanted to unsubscribe. What directions can we give them to reverse their action so our email domain does not get tainted?
Synchronisation error
Hello, A user from our team made a synchronization to Zoho CRM yesterday. The Synchronization was accidentally activated and imported a large amount of unwanted contacts from the CRM to campaigns, topping off our contact limit as well. My question is: how can we retrace the contacts that were added yesterday and remove them from our Campaigns database?

Can we have multiple website signup forms for a single list? I want to have one list that I can segment using three different forms. Example: Form 1 - Signup for newsletter Form 2 - Request special report Form 3 - Contact me (with field to enter brief message saying what they want help with) Someone might go to the website and fill out one or more of those forms. URL is untracked
I included a link in my email. Sent it to a list (all addresses are to me so I can test it). Clicked the link. In the reports it says 0 clicked, and when I check the Link Click Activity it says the link is "untracked." What setting has made the click report inactive?
Unable to delete domains from Zoho Campaigns
This error occurs while deleting a domain "This domain cannot be deleted because we've found $1sender addresses associated to it." But I have no more sender addresses of this domain anymore. I can't delete the domain.

Cannot switch back to free plan
Hello, I’ve been a user of the free plan of Zoho Campaigns for several years. I recently upgraded to a paid plan in order to set up syncs with my Zoho CRM account, but was not satisfied, so I canceled my subscription. I'd like to switch back to the free plan for the moment, but I do not seem to be able to do so. Only paid options are available. I have had to buy credits several times since, and into the bargain unused credits seem to be disappearing after one campaign… I am quite disappointed.
Autoresponders: How to exclude responders from follow-up emails?
Hi there, I recently sent out an email campaign, and scheduled follow-up emails via Email-Action Autoresponder, to people who open/click, as well as to people who do not open the initial email. Now, how do I exclude people who opened/clicked on the initial email from receiving a follow-up email, if they contacted me in the meantime? I obviously only want the follow-up emails to go out to people who did not get in touch with me in the meantime. How can this be done? Thanks for any help, Steffen

No news push to Campaigns when offline
We have just realised that when all operators are offline and there is a "send a message" in the chat box, and if a customer ticks for news then they do not sync to Campaigns. This is crazy. If that option exists when offline then we must capture those details in Campaigns - it is pointless otherwise. When adding segment to a list, age in days do not allow to specify the number of days but the date.
There is something I think is a bug on zoho segment creation: when chosing List Added Time with reference to "Age In Days" it doesn't allow me to specify the number of days but rather asks for a date, which is not compatible. Does someone knows how to change this field to work correctly? I already reported to Zoho Support but it is still not working!

Reminders up to 15 days out
For upcoming Seminars and other Live Events, I like to send the first announcement 30 days out, and the Reminder 7 days out. Campaigns does not allow Reminders more than 15 days out. Am I doing this wrong? Is that not how you envisioned these Reminders being used? Would you consider changing that limitation?

Can I see who has unsubscribed?
I am getting ready to send my first campaign. I created a subscriber list with just my e-mail address because I wanted to test the unsubscribe function. After unsubscribing, I went to my subscribers list, which now shows no contacts and one unsubscriber. But I can't see who unsubscribed. I need to be able to see this for other purposes. How can I see the e-mail addresses of unsubscribers?
