E-mail Displaying Perfectly in Google, Yahoo but Awful in Outlook
Hey there, I am new to campaigns and have just created my first e-mail. When I test send it looks great in all the web mails but really awful in Outlook. The main banner is left aligned and the rest of the content is centred. Anyone have any advice for getting that fixed? Thanks, AM

Hi, I have drafted my email campaign using a standard template. When I send the test email to myself the subject line says ***INFECTED***. any ideas why or how I can get rid of this please?
Is there a way to integrate Mailgun, Sparkpost, or Mandrill with campaigns
Due to the known issues relating to deliverability, I would like to use an outside vendor. I know I can easily integrate Mailchimp with CRM, and the automation tools are nice. I would rather stay in the Zoho ecosystem and send mail through campaigns (I also know how much more powerful the automation tools are in campaigns). So I would like to know if there is a way to use an outside sendmail vendor to actually deliver the mail into the inbox. These systems have very good api's, but I dont see where
Unable to add user to Campaign

Zoho - Can we ALL have a refund? Campaigns mails are all SPAM
Zoho - The server you have that we are forced to use when sending emails through Zoho Campaigns is blacklisted and results in nearly all of our (myself and other Zoho users) emails going straight to our recipients junk/spam folder!! We want a reliable product, and you are not providing us with quality tools. This is NOT an issue on our end, nor is it the issue with our clients/recipients - it is the domain/server Zoho uses for sending email campaigns. Will you fix it immediately, or should we all

Adding images in Campaigns
Hello, I have been experiencing a problem for many months now relating to Zoho Campaigns. When I try to add an image into the campaign builder it loads the image but then I have to drag it to the size I want it to be and this then distorts the image (although it appears normal on the screen) when the image has been sent. I have tried so many ways of resolving the issue such as resizing the image to the required size on photoshop before uploading it to Zoho, also tried not stretching out the image
Content of Excel sheet pasted in zoho campaign does not retain it's format when sent to Gmail Account.
Hello, I have some data in one of my excel sheet. I copied and pasted in Zoho campaign and sent. My problem is that when I opened same campaign in my Gmail account, all the formatting .was gone. Even Border of my excel content was not visible in Gmail and because of this my content was not in tabular format and very difficult to read. Please help as this is very urgent.
Remove Campaign Account only
Hi there, I need to remove a campaign account I set up accidentally so that our accountant can add me as a user to our main company account/organization. It would also be great if you could add in a feature that allows us to remove apps that we've accessed accidentally or only accessed for trial purposes. Having to go through Zoho's side in order to this hinders the user experience. Looking forward to a swift response!

Does Zoho Campaigns Have an RSS Feed/Archive Functionality?
In my experience, when I click one of the shareable widgets (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) at the top of an email newsletter, an archive/RSS feed and a link for each newsletter is automatically generated. An RSS feed, in this instance, is basically a website version of the newsletter. When I click "Tweet" within one of the email newsletters that I subscribe to (called the Broadcast Bi-Weekly), it generates a link that leads to this page, which my social followers can use to access the newsletter

Merge tags not functioning in Campaigns
I have read the instructions for inserting the First Name merge tag about 25 times and followed them to the letter. I still get $[FNAME]$ showing in my test emails. The instructions say copy and paste the merget tag you want and then click save and close. When I reopen, and send test email it still does not merge from the mailing list. Help! Need to personalize the emails so they will be received and opened!

automation doesn't trigger
Hi, I did an automation wich triggers when a new subscriber is added to a list. The sing-up form is a "zoho form" that's integrate to "zoho campaign". Right now, when a user subscribe, I can see it in the mailing list, but the automation doesn't trigger. somebody can help me?

Hi Zoho- I have a Newsletter subscriber list synced to Zoho Campaigns from our company's CRM. We recently discovered that roughly 550 contacts have emails that bounced. How can I segment this list so the following campaigns send ONLY to the good contacts?
Zoho mailserver IP 135.84.81.22 blacklisted by SORBS SPAM
It looks like Zoho's mailserver at 135.84.81.22 has been blacklisted by SORBS SPAM as of 3 days ago. Is there some kind of process (other than posting here on the forums) that we can go through in order to notify Zoho when this happens? I believe this particular blacklist requires the server's owner to delist it, so it's not something that I can do myself. HELP! Campaigns are coming from contact owner in CRM, not from the defined sender in Campaigns!
I have a mass email campaign going out to our CRM contact base that I created in Campaigns by setting up a sync. However, instead of each email coming from the user I have defined within the campaign, they are being sent by the contact owner in the CRM. Is this happening due to sync? Is there a button or option I need to deselect so this doesn't happen? We need these emails to come from 1 PERSON ONLY, and it should be the person we set up within the campaign. Thank you, Julie
Automation send settings
Have a mail drip campaign set up with automation that includes several messages. The first message is an "introduction" and the 2nd email is a follow-up. I have created a sync with CRM that the drip will be sent to, but I have already sent the introduction manually to a portion of my list. When I activate the new automation, will EVERYONE on the new list get the intro email? Or only people added to the list AFTER I activate the campaign? Please advise.

autoresponder manual added contacts
We collect contatcs by request them to fill a sheet in our shop. Then we manually add the contacts to a mailing list inside campaigns. Then we set-up an autoresponder to send a sequence to this contacts but I notice that this is not working. It seems like the autoresponder work only for the subscribers from a form and not directly added. Can some one help me in this?
Email Campaign Sending Very Slow
I'm fairly new to Zoho. I've just recently transferred all of my email lists to Zoho Campaigns and sent my first large email blast out this morning. The email went to 48K recipients. 5 hours later, it's at 11%. At this rate, the email will take 2 days to complete sending. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I've sent smaller email out from Zoho (1K) and they've sent rather quickly, so I'm surprised at this slow rate. Please help!

Hello, I'm wondering, how can we make a CTRL Z or a cancel in my last action, it is kinda frustrating when you do something and it didn't turns out the way you expected, but there is no way (or I just didn't find out) to cancel and go back to my last move. URGENT- images not totally loading in email newsletter
Hi- I am looking to get our first company newsletter out today, and in sending a few test emails, we are finding that emails are coming through differently for some people. To one, NO images whatsoever are loading. For another employee, they are receiving the email and the pictures with no problem, but the bottom-half of the email is being "clipped" short and in an uneven way. We've tried to access the emails from 3 different browsers and are experiencing the same issues. Please let me know what

Campaign do not get the recipients
I created numerous email campaigns and sent them to my clients. Out of 300 e-mail addresses only some 30-50 get them regularly, although campaigns were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; Even on my address maryana.pokhylko@artoftravel.com.ua I get only test variant. What is wrong? How do we avoid this in the future?

CRM Campaigns integration gone wrong
Hi, my colleague and I are on the same organization in CRM but cannot connect in Campaigns. He tried to integrate my account with his Campaigns account and now we are stuck. He cannot remove the account integration anymore and I cannot sync contacts. 2 Problems: . Why can't we see each other in Campaigns although we are in the same realm in CRM? .
