Email Notifications Off in Zoho Campaigns
Hello, I might just be overlooking the information I need, Is there a way to completely turn of Email notifications for Campaigns? thanks in advance.
Problem with the limit of sync
Goodmorning! I have a problem with my zoho campaign account : I know that the limitation of sync with zoho CRM is 5 per day, but Idon't achieve to sync a new list for the first time. I didn't use my 5 sync per day, or my 15 sync per moth but the website tells me that I already used my 5 sync per day and that I have to wait 24 hours. Also, even after 24 hours, the contact never syncronised with the zoho CRM list. Hope you can help, thank you!
If I pay for 500 contacts, can I have 2500 contacts?
Actually I have a free plan with 2000 contacts, so if I pay for 500 contacts $ 5 USD / month my account can manage 2500 contacts or only 500 contacts (losing the 2000 free contacts)?

Hello, I have a problem to take account of changes on my newsletter. When I save the corrections. The recording is going well. But when I view the newsletter or when I come back to edit it, the changes have not been taken into account. I redid a second newsletter : same problem. I was told by the Zoho campaigns team that there is an issue with CRM that makes only 5 syncs possible to be active at a time (even if they are scheduled to each run on different days of the week). This is very limiting since often we need or want several concurrent lists that are easiest to segment as views in the CRM vs from a master list in Zoho Campaigns. When will you be allowing more active syncs per day or to have active more than 5 at once if they are not all triggering on the same day?

Clearing Bounce List in Zoho Campaigns
We recently started experimenting with Zoho Campaigns, and we had a first campaign that went bad. We didn't realize we did not have an SPF record set up, so a lot of valid addresses got moved to the bounce list. Now that we have figured out the problem, we would like to start over. Is there any way to clear the bounce list so that emails will go through to the addresses that bounced when we didn't have an SPF record configure?

Which template to use to suit both mobile and desktop?
Anyone can point me to a template that supports multiple columns, AND still look optimised for both mobile and desktop? It seems like I can't get multiple columns to slide and stack on mobile (the problem is the Gmail app on iOS, works fine on Android) unless I use one of the smart templates, but that's just super narrow and not ideal for desktop... Better use of backward and filters in the list of campaigns.
Anytime I work on a campaign, if I go "backward", I return to the whole list of all campaigns ; it would be useful to return to the previous screen and stay in the campaign I am working on. Second thing : when we have a liste of campaigns, we can't make filters by the name of the campaign, or the name of the person in the organization that created the campaign or else. Last thing : when we ask for having 100 campaigns par page (instead of 20), the setting doesn't remain ; it always return to 20.

Hello, We have set up an automated email response for our confirmation emails. We would like to include a membership ID card with the member's name and some other information on it. Is it possible to place merge tags on top of an image? Hey guys, I'm loving the responsive newsletter templates. But I have a question about the use of images. Are there any guidelines to ensure that images are shown properly across all devices? From laptop to smartphone. Do I choose Custom, Original, Fit or... ? What about the Spacing? Is there an ideal size I can rescale to before I upload my image? Thanks for your advice! Zoho won't let me add a different sender - says it's a duplicated email
I'm trying to set up an email campaign and need to add a different sender/reply to email than my login. It says the email I'm adding is a duplicate. How can I use that particular email? It's not in my drop down menu to select senders and I can't see where else it would be duplicated.

I'm not able to select a field in Leads module to push member status from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM. I have created a custom field in Leads module in Zoho CRM to store the member status from an email campaign executed in Zoho Campaigns. The issue is in the configuration of Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM, the Leads field (Campaign Response) to map the member status is not there in the field selection pick list. How can I specify the Campaign Response field to receive the push notification?

Admins cannot see each others' sync details?!
Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see the detail or edit syncs between CRM and Campaigns. After asking about this on a call, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is a very bad UX to have to bother other users to change or alter syncs.

Hi, May I know if there is a simplified version of zoho sign up form. Like the ones from other email providers. a short javascript. Instead of the current code which is so long. It has html, inline styling and a bunch of javascript. The main problem is that it is conflicting with my website platform. Please advise, thanks.
