Syncing from CRM
Hi, I'm trying to segment my email list and created new lists based off the lead source within CRM. There are 7 lists set up to be synced weekly. I set these up last week, and they synced last week. I was maxed out at 5 syncs per day, but now it's been almost a full week and I'm still getting the 5/day error. I paused on of the campaigns to sync next month, but that still didn't allow me to pull any additional lists from CRM. Why am I limited to 5 a day and how can I get around this? Thank you!

Sync From CRM Using Account Custom Views
I can do emails to contacts in CRM using custom account views. In campaigns I cannot sync to lists using these custom account views, only custom contact views. I store data at an account level that is the main info needed to determine which list a contact should be on. Is there any way to have this in Zoho Campaigns? SPAM with mailing (mailing for internal communication)
I have a problem with zoho campaigns... I use Zoho campaigns for internal mailing, the problem is this, two days ago the mailings are send to SPAM, i don't know whats the problem if the mailing is for internal corporation using a email corporation. The emails corporation are generated for google, i talked to them, we make a rule for the email who send from Zoho Campaigns and still the mailing are send to SPAM. I Hope you can help me guys.

Problem syncing contacts from Creator to Campaigns
Hi, I set up a sync between Creator and Campaigns and it seems to not be working as expected. The Creator database is for training registrants, and one user can enroll in multiple sessions using their name and email address. Segmenting Lists With Multiple Criteria
I have created a list segment based on multiple criteria such as: Last Action isnt "Away" or Last Action isnt "Contact Later" or Last Action isnt "Maternity Leave" or Last Action isnt "Travelling" So that the email will not send to anyone marked as "away", "contact later", "maternity leave" or "travelling". It automatically gave me the criteria pattern ( ( ( 1 or 2 ) or 3 ) or 4 ) Is this right? Because some of these people still were sent the email.

1. Will all Campaigns to CRM info/data show in the "Description" section of CRM, or can I create a new section where Campaigns info to be help inside our CRM? If yes, how? 2. 2-column template in Campaigns
The 2 column template I created suddenly started staggering the columns so that they don't appear next to each other in email. The preview in campaigns looks fine, but once I send it, they stagger themselves. I've tried recreating the template and got the same result.
Link click activity - View not showing where people clicked in mail caimpaign
Last year I could see where people clicked in a mail campaign on the Link Click Map - but none of the campaigns this show me where people are clicking . I can see the number of clicks in the "link click details but not on the "Link click Map" Any ideas will be appreciated.

An email that goes out from the email address of the lead owner to show something like the following: Hello John! We have tried to reach you, but are unable to do so. Can't change sender address
I want to be able to add an alternative sender address to send emails from another person within the company. However when I go to add a new sender address I get this message "Duplicated email address found" I have found that this person had previously set up a Zoho Campaign account to see how it worked, but never used it. They tell me that the account is closed. However since I am getting this error, the account must still be registered on the system somewhere. How can I ensure that this account
Image Size In Email Templates
I have created a campaign by customising a template in zoho campaigns. The email has an image size 600px by 150px. The problem I am having is that when i send this email, when viewed before clicking "display images below" the image space is more like 600 x 2000. (it looks fine when images are shown) If i created the email in html mode i would be able to specify the height and width which would prevent this issue. Font size issue
when creating the campaign and looking at the preview I have one text size - Arial 12pt. If I send out the email the first paragraph is much bigger than the rest of the email. Why is this happening and how can I get the email to have only one text size?
Signup forms - additional list choice
We want to provide leads/prospects an option to select public lists for subscription. It seems like by default we can configure a signup form to add the lead to multiple lists - we want the user to be able to select which public lists to subscribe. How can we have a web page where the user can update the subscriptions - subscribe and/or remove themselves to additional public lists. Thanks for your help.

Running or executing a campaign
Does anyone know how to run a campaign or execute one please? OK you create a campaign you associate leads to it or the other way. What do you do with it? Zoho documentation is missing this info. How do you create a sign-up form in Zoho Campaign?? I see that there is a basic sign-up form with just first and last name, and email address. Can't Tell If Sign Up Forms Are Allowed
For some reason no matter if a mailing list has sign-up forms enabled or not it still displays the message "Sign-up form subscription allowed Change?". This is very confusing. How to rearrange custom fields / customise contact view
I have created quite a lot of custom fields and am starting to find using them slightly confusing. Is there a way to rearrange them - for example I added the field 'Sector 1' and then realised that I would need additional fields for 'Sector 2' and 'Sector 3'. Since these last 2 were created a while after 'Sector 1' they are not near this label in the custom fields list. Can I reorder this list to keep related fields together? Signup-Form embed code not correct
I am having problems with creating the embed code for the signup-form. It looks as desired when I click "Preview" but when I copy and paste the HTML-code, the signup-form is wrong. For example: I did change the "Display Field Name" here: Mailing Lists -> My List -> +Signup-Form -> Edit Form Fields (I need the form for a German website so I translated the display field names.) Default Values in Custom Field
I have created a custom field which is a pick list. I have noticed that when I import new contacts it automatically sets the top value as the default value in for every contact. I do not want this as the default value and I cannot seem to rearrange the pick list options to put a correct default value at the top of the list. Images not showing up in edit content in cloned email campaign

Logo size different on web vs. mobile site
I am a graphic designer and have done eblasts through mailchimp and constant contact for years. We just switched over to zoho and I'm a bit beyond frustrated. My email looks great on the web but horrible via mobile and I have tried many mobile devices. Images are super small and left justified and they should be centered and larger.
