One Time Email Blast
Our company has a roughly 7,000 person email list of convention attendees that we have a one-time right to contact. That's well beyond our maximums in either CRM or Campaigns - is there a way that your company can help us deliver a one time message to this list without having to permanently upgrade our accounts?

Campaign email soft bounces never cleared or removed
I have a email campaign where I sent out several thousand newsletters. I had several hundred error with "Soft-errors". I have opened up several support tickets, but there are no answers, nor suggestions. They all say the soft-errors will try three times, then flag as a hard error. That is NOT what is happening. Syncing does not add ll contacts
When I first setup the service I had it sync with my clients and my prospects because I only had a 500 subscriber service it pulled them and then stopped.. I have since upgraded and it is not pulling the additional contacts. How do I get the additioanl contacts synced
Unable To View Editable Content
Zoho campaigns has been working very well for me the past two days, now all of a sudden, when I click EDIT HTML in my campaign draft, but nothing shows up. I am working in Chrome, and when I open in Windows, it tells me to work in Chrome... Not sure what to do, but I need to get in and edit my content! Any suggestions!
Campaign Contacts by Title?
I have a list synchronized with CRM. The list is all my "Phoenix Arizona", which is used in Zoho Campaigns, and is synchronized with Zoho CRM. How can I create a sub-list from my Zoho Campaigns "Phoenix Arizona" list to only send an email to people who have the job title that contains the word "Teacher", or "President, etc... Can anyone help?
New user is not synced in Campain
We have setup two syncs and a particular new user on CRM has not been synced to Campaigns. Is there a log or way you can troubleshoot why this user is not coming over in the daily sync? His first name is Justin in CRM.

Synchronization Zoho Campaigns to CRM
Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users, We currently both possess the Zoho CRM, and since last week, Zoho Campaigns. Our question is, in what way are both systems synchronized? Is this a "one-way" or "two-way" thing. If we delete a contact from the CRM, will this delete the contact from Campaigns as well? (and vice-versa?) The same goes as when we transfer a contact in CRM to another view, will this automatically transfer the same contact in campaigns as well? Thank you in advance,
Zoho add-on Campaign - Subscribers Question
Dear management of Zoho and users of the Zoho systems, We are right not wanting to implement the Zoho Campaign add-on to our CRM system, and the monthly pricing is based on the number of subscribers you manage in your account. I see that I can sync leads - I dont see that I can sort leads by a subset - all leads with a "yes" to a certain CRM field. Am I missing something? Thanks

Hello, is there a way to turn off the confirmed or "double opt-in"? Either way, Your confirmation screen, needs to have in Bold Letters, that you are not done, and maybe even a video like some of them do.
Email sending User Error or Bug? HTML and Text, and footer links
Hello, A couple of things. One I believe that "HTML and Text", is suppose to go out as one email, and the reader or software decides which one to read, you not suppose to send 2 emails. ANd the Variables on a "TEST" messages going to one person, DO not work. $[FIRST||] , doesn not resolve AND these links do not point to a webpage, but maybe they shouldn't because its a test. Sync Issues with CRM
Hello, I am trying to sync via a custom field that I created in the CRM. The segment criteria doesn't show my custom field here. In "mailing lists", add segments https://campaigns.zoho.com/home.do#contacts/list I think once a sync operation is set, I have mapped the fields, under "may your fields" your default Field "NOTE" = MY Custom field, but that "Note" field doesn't show in above in the list, so I could draw a segment of contacts from it. How to create a social campaign used to gather email addresses
I am interested to create a social campaign where users on our Facebook page are asked to enter their email address. I then want to be able to save and print out this email list. Hello, in your imported contacts , the list of "invalied pattern" shows the line number, wouldn't it be smart to add the name and email of the person , as our LIST is dynamic in the CRM, and line 4 WILL Not be the same in time. Ignored (My Contacts) line number : 4
CRM lists - Sync Opt-in field
Hello, your help files, don't explain what this option is. "Import only Opt-In contacts - Only Opt-In contacts in Zoho CRM will sync to Zoho Campaings" Its not obvious either, as there is no field in the CRM that is Opt-in, Only-Opt out, in which it could be an "unchecked" value, means yes, Opt-in. OR does a user actually need to Opt-in from a ZOHO campaign form, before this value is true in ANother field location i the CRM? Thanks

I can't get the content to work
I have tried setting up a test campaign to decided if I want to switch from Constant Contact to Campaigns and can't get any of the content options to work. The fact that it doesn't work and that there is no chat help available makes me think I'll be sticking with Constant Contact.

In defining a auto-responder step add an option for custom email or a webhook. Use case: Request a 3rd party to ship a package at a certain step.
AutoResponder does not work
The AutoResponder does not work and I think it is buggy. I set up an AutoResponder for T, T+1 and T+2 day. I got the message for T but I have not got the message for T+1. I picked up Zoho Campaigns for this feature. Please check and let me know how I can get AutoResponder working. This is surely not working now. Vishal

Hello, I would love to take the Signup forms in the template area and put them on my website for direct posting into my list database. Doesn't seem to be any easy way. The preview form doesn't even have the <form tags in them. Also, can you stop using hard coded font styles, and begin using a class on HTML elements, so we can edit it easier in a style sheet at the top? THanks

Query about chain campaigns
I created an email campaign and sent it to a mailing list. After that I created a chain campaign of this email campaign and sent it. The chain campaign is sent to lesser number of recipients than the root campaign. All the contacts are still present in the mailing list. What is the reason that chain campaign is not sent to all users.
Autoresponder query.
So I have already taken $5 monthly subscription. Here are the consolidated questions I just created a test campaign. I created a new autoresponder. I created a new custom field pickedDate. I added the following rule Based On:PickedDate Send: After 0 Days 00:00 GMT Type: One-Off I then went and added contact and set the pickedDate to today's date. I was expecting the mail to go immediately but the mails has not yet arrived. What am I doing wrong. Basically I am trying to do what should happen

In the library area it looks like you can only create HTML templates. We already have a carefully tested template we use elsewhere (mailchimp). Is it possible to import an HTML template into the library? Thanks, Raoul

Trying to sign-up for Zoho Campaign, Getting an error message which says - "Email address already registered" ....Have tried with my existing Zohomail mail id and also using my Gmail mail id.
