phone number format - Zoho Creator
I must be missing this somehow, but I can't seem to find a "phone number" field when adding fields to a form. The closest field is Number, but that field won't allow ( ) or dashes -. Please tell me I missed it and that Creator isn't missing a phone number field format. That's so basic...

I have a form linked to paypal and when I try to run it through zoho dashboard or the code embed I got "Invalid entries found. Please correct and submit again." then "Failed to add data." MAS
I am trying to get a Number field to auto populate in a form, but I keep getting the ID showing.Trying to learn the new Script Builder. Sharing error- User doesn't have access to database
Every time i add a user, this happens. they see the login screen but an error message hovers over it stating that they don't have access please log in as another user.
Create New Record Script Issues
I have three separate forms that I've created in ZOHO Creator to push their data into CRM. I have a Contacts, Companies, and a custom made Expense (CustomModule3) modules setup in CRM. I have used the exact same script for all three Creator forms and updated the fields accordingly. Working functionality: Find the last record entered by the logged in user, store the record ID, send a PDF version of all records in the view by email, and finally open the view with the single record in the same window. Auto Populate Drop Down Fields Based on a Numeric Field
I am building a sample request form for my company's sales team to use. It contains a numeric field called "2-digit Area #" and a drop down field called "Regional Sales Manager". I would like the drop down box to auto populate with the appropriate RSM once the unique 2-digit Area # is entered. Each RSM covers a range of 10 to 20 areas as their region. These numbers are consecutive for each region (i.e. west region = 1-19, north = 20-39, etc.). I can't for the life of me get this to work. Please point
Question on report capabilities
I'm interested in using Zoho Creator but before I invest too much time there is one feature I must ensure is available. One of my requirement is to print on to a pre-printed form (membership cards). So a line report doesn't quite fit because I need to be able to lay the fields out across the page. Is it possible to create a report with such a layout?
Is it possible to save a record, but stay on the form?
I have a form that I would like to (using script) save the current record, but stay on the form with the record still displayed? The reason is that I need the record ID for the current record so that I can do some further work involving child records (before you ask, using subforms is not suitable for what I want to do).
iPad and Form Properties

I'd like to build a bulletin board type site where users can submit posts, but only after registering an account. How would I go about implementing user registration and login? Or is Zoho intended more for intranet type collaboration, and not public facing? I'm not a web developer so any insight here would be appreciated.

Form to fill limited Volunteer positions
We'll be recruiting 350+ volunteers for 40 positions. The form will collect the basic name, address, email, etc plus volunteers will pick what position/shift they want to help. Is there a way to limit the number of volunteers submitting for a specific position. Example, we need 20 volunteers for registration....after we have 20, we either need to remove that option or show it filled. How can we limit specific positions? Thanks Doug
Attachment File Size Limits
I am wondering if there are any plans to increase the file size limit of 1MB for files attached to database entries. I often need to attach .pdf files to certain entries, but I seem to always have a handful of files that go just over the 1MB limit. Even a relatively small bump to 2MB per file would be a big help. Bulk Edit Radio Button - Possible Bug?
Hi, I have a database which contains a form with a mandatory radio button field of Gender. Having imported the records, I have discovered that I need to change the M and F values in the import to Male and Female in order to select the correct radio button. Can't delete a record
Suddenly, I find I cannot delete records on Creator. I have exited Creator, reloaded and same problem. I have rebooted computer - same problem. When I click on delete and that I am sure, it comes back saying record was deleted successfully, but it is still there. I have discovered this sometimes works and sometimes does not. I made a quick record, and was then able to delete. But the two in particular, still report as successfully deleted but never disappear from the database.

Lookup drop down too large
Hi I have a Company table and a Contact table. I have used a lookup field in the Contact table to link to Company. However since there will be 250 Company records, this will result in a drop down which will be unworkable. How to tell if email sent using sendmail is returned?
I have a function that sends an email to several people at once. If there is a bad email address in the list, how can I tell which one is bad (returned). I tested by including a bad email address in the list and I did not receive and error message or a returned email notification. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello, I have a record summary view with a number of large tables. I need my client to be able to read a single row all the way across easily. However, there is no integrated way to add internal borders to a table, or display rows in alternating colors. I've resorted to adding a border to each cell, which works fine until there's an empty cell. I've had a paid Zoho account for years. I'm trying to log in to the support area, but I can't find a way to register. Also, I called an left a message with your support. I used to just send an email.
