when sending message in zoho desk the words are all bundled together after sent.
When I send out messages in Zoho they are sent correctly but when you hit the send button and go back and look at the message the words are all bundled together.

Hi, I'm having an issue sending replies to tickets. This is the error I get: Aw, Snap! Your response for the ticket #777 could not be sent since the connection to your SMTP server has timed out.Can anyone from support team take a look at this and let me know what causes it? Many thanks, Yasi

I have had requests from several of our customers to change which fields display and the sorting of tickets in the my area view of the portal. This would be for both my tickets and all tickets view. Is this possible? Specifically they would like to see the ticket priority listed and be able to sort on that or any column. Exporting of their ticket list has also been requested. Dave

invalid_user when logging into support portal
Hi, I'm unable log into the support portal to raise tickets. When logging in using the Zoho link, I am taken to a permissions page which I accept. I'm then redirected to an "invalid_user" error page, and I'm unable to go any further. Is there anything I can check?
