"No Internet Connection" on "Zoho Docs for Desktop" start
I've installed the Zoho Docs for Desktop https://www.zoho.com/docs/desktop-sync.html on my Windows Notebook, but when I start it I receive a error message "No Internet Connection", but my internet connection is working well for any other app and I don't use a proxy. What can be the problem's reason ? Regards,

Workspace synced only in one direction
Hi Zoho Team, I'm actually try to implement Zoho Docs, and I setted up for Standard edition trial. I have two problem: - I see only 5GB of allowed space (maybe will become the expected 250GB if I will pay?) - But the bigger problem is that files and directories created in workspace by an other user are not synced; even after giving her admin permission for this workspace. So at now, in this manner, Zoho Doc is not working...!!! Can you help me for this issue qickly? Thx.
Windows 10 and Icon Overlay in Windows Explorer
Hello! After upgrade to WIndows 10 and install the Zoho Docs Sync agent, it worked fine but the overlay over the icons of the synced folder did not appear. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, but still the icon overlay did not appear. After a quick search in Google, I found in Windows 10, curiously, it is required to add the sync agent to the Windows Firewall in order to show the overlay over the synced folders. I am trying to sync my computer (again) to Zoho Docs because yesterday my desktop ZOHO documents disappeared. When doing so, I encountered (exceeded download limit for the day - Please upgrade your account.). So, I upgraded my account and am STILL getting the same errors. In addition, my phone does not sync the "Shared With Me" documents very often. It has only worked ONCE. How do I resolve these issues. Why has Docs become similar to Writer? Since the latest update Docs is not a reader anymore like on the iPhone. It takes minutes to open a file. I just need a reader, when I want to change a document, I'll use Writer. So please, make Zoho docs for iPad a reader again!
Zoho Docs Sync- Issue in File Open
Dear Team, Files opening Issue : Right click on Zoho Docs icon on system tray and click "Open Zoho Docs Folder". Now Zoho Docs folder in our system appeared but double click on any file shows "File path does not exists". Reason : This is because whenever you open the zoho docs folder, it contains " \\?\d:\Documents\Zoho Docs". Due to the improper file location, this error appears. This works if we remove the " \\?\" from the uri and reload and also work properly if manually browse to the Zoho Docs

Zoho Linux Replicates files
Hi, i am using the latest Zoho sync for Ubuntu 14.04 64bit. When i add a file, it replicates the file up >150 times! eg (Report.odt, Report(1).odt, Report(2).odt, Report(3).odt, ......The strange thing is that when i delete the copies i also deletes the original file. Thank you,
Using an a non-default browser for zoho docs
Is there a way which I can change the behavior of how zdoc, zsheet...etc can open other than in the default browser? For instance my default browser is firefox, but I would like to open zdocs and zsheets on a secondary browser - google chrome. TIA -Louis

"Could not read database" error on Zoho Docs Windows sync tool
Sometimes when I boot my pc I get this error from the Windows Zoho Docs Sync tool. "Could not read database". The error suggests to restart the sync tool but this doesn't help. The only thing I can do is to reconfigure the tool which means I have to enter my login credentials and the tool syncs all the files again.
