How can I view/update Zoho Business tasks form my iPhone 3G
Hi there, At the moment I use iZoho to view Mails and Calendar appointments. However the lack of Tasks is a real drag. Is there a means of getting tasks functionality through iZoho apart from developing a new application for tasts using Zoho creator. Thanks
Access directly the Task platform (non CRM)
Team, We access the Zoho platform from the CRM portal. We are enterprise CRM users. We would like to access the non CRM task platform directly from the CRM platform. We use web tabs to directly access several Zoho platforms (calendar, project, pulse). We need the direct URL for the task platform. Thoughts
Add Accordion Feature to the Notes App
My idea is to have something like this. In the Zoho Dashboard, the Notes app can come with an accordion feature. You click on the note you want to read, and then it opens up to the main description. This would mean though that there would have to be both a header and body field. I suggest this idea because I can't fit all information on notes and then have everything else in my dashboard visible. I would like it better for just each heading to be visible. That way, it saves space and clutter.

Email Notifications
Hi Zoho, When I add/update tasks and upload files, I still receive email notifications even though I have turned it off. Not only do I receive this, but every single person in the team does, which really isn't beneficial because our clients are on there and they are constantly bombarded with emails. Can you please tell us how to remove these notifications, even though we have turned it off? Regards, Vahe
Zoho Tasks App use deletes recurring tasks...
I have been using Zoho Tasks App and when I complete a recurring task using the app on my iphone it no longer shows up for the next week (I have the tasks set to recur mostly on a weekly basis through zoho.com on my PC...)!?!? Is this being fixed?
Adding tasks
Can you ad a task by sending an email to your application. For instance, can I send an email to ...tasks@onecalljunkhaul.com and have it be added to my tasks?
Subcategories (Tasks/CRM/Projects)??
Hi, I really love your product because it combines tasks and email in a nice way. Even dough, I am trying to create a task list with subcategories and can't make it, no matter where I try! No subcategories in Tasks, no subcategories in CRM, no subcategories in Projects. Am I missing it or wrong? I think this most be an option and I am not the first who's asking for it. Many thanks
How to remove or rename categories
I found it impossible to remove a category or to rename it once the category has been made in Tasks. Is anyone experiencing this also? If not, I could use some help please. Thanks

I have a quick question I have a non Zoho hosted email and I am looking to configure it to IMAP so when a message is read and deleted I am not having to delete this 4 times like I currently do. I mainly use Zoho, however love the functionality of Thunderbird and GMail for specific emails and also. I have an android phone and simply want to know the best way to configure all to work together?? Look forward to you help.
How to add contacts to assigned to field?
It appears to me now (in the free personal version of zoho mail with tasks) that tasks can only be assigned to the account owner. In Tasks, I would like the names of the members of a certain group to show up as a drop menu for the "Assigned to" field. Is this possible? How can I set it up?
TASKS:
1. TASKS doesn't automatically recognize the current date. It stays on the date you opened the page on. So if you leave it open, you have to reset it to work with the current date. 2. It doesn't recognize the current time either. It always starts at 8:00AM and you have to edit the box. 3. It shouldn't allow you to enter multiple tasks for the same time. It should say that time is already being used for a task and move down to the next one unless you override it.
Enhancement of "Tasks" utitlity
We are using exchange server and extensively use "Tasks" utility across the organization. I think Task utility is slightly ignored and certain basic functionality is required to be improved. Following are some suggestions... 1. Create/Edit Task layout should be the concise one and maximum information should be visible without scrolling 2. report criteria should have "Assigned to" field also. 3. Grouping of task in same view (for eg. grouping by assigned to/ priority/ category, et al) 4. More customizable views
Invoice notification to customers
Is the only way to send customers invoices by email? I have several customers that dont have email address yet. Is there a way to text to their phone invoice information?

Where are my tasks?
Hi all, I just added a task via the Add To drop down in mail but I can't see any way to see my tasks. I would expect it to be an app down the left side of the screen but it's not. How can I use the Tasks? I feel like I must be missing something very basic here! Thanks all. Phil
Disabled Notes in Mail Suite by accident, how do I re-enable?
I disabled the notes on the left side navigation of the mail suite and now I cannot figure out how to re-enable this. This might be a stupid question with an obvious answer, but I just can't seem to find it. Thanks.
