The doc attachment in mail is broken. I attach multiple different docs but when the message arrives all the attachments are the same.

Domain Verification / MX-records
Sorry to say, but the documentation is poor and or suggestive. for Verification: Tried to add a TXT record at my domain registrar but failed, then i learn i have to do at my webhost..? Then now the MX records, did it via the webhost, but also need to do via domain registrar. ? Same for DKIM / SPF ? To be sure do both, or makes it invalid then ?
What is the timeframe for email forwarding?
I have email forwarding setup in my account but it doesn't seem to be instant and in some cases seems to hang around for up to 30 minutes, is this normal? If so it's not a viable option really. I could cope with 5 minutes or so but no longer.

Hi, I'm using Outlook to login Zoho IMAP and it's failed, saying the username or password is incorrect. I've done: 1. Enable IMAP access for the account. 2. Disable TFA. 3. Hi all, One of my teamates uses email that is refused when i try to send to him. Are the mail filters processed at the time email is received (on the server) or at the time they're viewed (by the client)? To be more clear, as an example, let's say that I set up some filters using the Zoho web client that move certain emails to different folders based upon the sender's email address. Enabling IMAP
So i have tried to enable IMAP on my account and in the settings it is ticked off as on and theres a green border on the IMAP button next to the pop button, but when i mouseover the IMAP button the tooltip says that IMAP is deactivated, And all my tries to setup Outlook2016 seems to fail. im trying: imappro.zoho,com 993 smtp.zoho.com 465 k******@n*******.dk emailpassword What am i missing? Emails from inbox have disappeared
My emails from the inbox disappeared out of no where. There were about 1L emails that have just disappeared out of nowhere. The emails were present at 23:01 IST and I was checking them and moved some of the emails in trash(check screenshot 1 for proof). Attached two screenshots as proof(screenshot 2 and 3) that emails weren't deleted from 'Trash' since 16:00 IST Requesting you to look into this as soon as possible, if I need me to pay for a higher support I'll be more than willing to. MX setting not working for me

Mail Migration from Zoho to Office 365 NOT completed
By migrating mails from Zoho to Office 365, it only migrate a small portion - around 40MB (out of 2.5GB) in the mailboxes. Only few folders are with mail and other folders are empty. Questions follows; 1) Is a free account user cannot migrate mails out from ZOHO? MUST be Paid user? 2) or there are firewall limiting the outward migration. Thanks Eric
