Dear Sir, i am unable to log setup outlook for my zoho mail account. I am using these settings poppro.zoho.com port 995 SSL smtp.zoho.com port 587(tls)/465(ssl) username/password works on mail.zoho.com but not with POP access. Can you help?

Issues with Zoho Mail application for macOS Mojave
I' facing 2 distinct issues with Zoho Mail app on my Macbook Air running macOS Mojave. 1. It always requires me to login twice in my zoho mail app. 2. After login, the app loads a mobile like view instead of adapting to the viewport. Also the window can't be maximized or stretched.

Can send emails, but not receiving them
Hello, I have had a few separate occasions in the last few days where a client or otherwise is trying to reach me and stated they sent me an email (or several). When I go into my inbox, I do not see any of their emails, even in the Spam folder. Some of these emails are very important and I need the contents within them. Where are they going? DKIM & MX Won't verify for ZOHOMAIL - GoDaddy Domain
Hi, I'm using Zoho Email with Godaddy but I can not enable DKIM. This is the error message: "DKIM cannot be enabled for the domain as no verified default selector present" I've added everything in Godaddy DNS manager (TXT, zoho._domainkey.ranop.net, TXT VALUE) and TTL 600. Domain is verified, MX not verified, SPF verified, DKIM not verified.

Replying to an email sent to an alias from that alias
When logged in as User1@mydomain.com and an email comes into the alias sales@mydomain.com which is configured for user1 it appears in user1's inbox. If they click reply it will by default get sent from User1@mydomain.com instead of Sales@mydomain.com. How can we change it so that if the email came into the sales@mydomain.com alias any replies automatically go out from sales@mydomain.com? I know you can change it manually before sending the email by clicking on the send from address. I want to know

Virus sending emails on my behalf
Hey, It appears that maybe someone has hacked my account or a virus was sending hundreds of emails on my behalf and I keep receiving hundreds of "Message Delivery Failure" notifications. I have scanned my phone / computer and changed passwords, but there are hundreds of emails every day. Is there anything else I can do instead of going through all of these emails and deleting them? Hello, I am trying to send an email out and it is giving me 554 5.1.8 reason. I removed the hyperlink on the body of my email and any colors and pasted items and sent it to myself and the email was sent successfully. It should not have to be this way. Re-curring missing sent items from my PC Mozilla Thunderbird
Usually when all sent items are missing from my PC Windows 10 Mozilla Thunderbird, what I did is I deleted the IMAP account. And then after re-add my IMAP account, usually all my inbox, drafts, sent items, etc will come back. And after a short while, sent items will be empty again. Could anyone help me, what is wrong ? This only happened specifically in my PC mozilla thunderbird email client, it does not happen in my ipad or android email client.

Cannot receive emails
Hello, I noticed that I can't receive emails in my Zoho mail (I tried it myself and emails get rejected by server). When connected on my Zoho account I see 3 errors (MX, SPF and DKIM) but all my settings including my MX seems correct though except DKIM which does not appear anywhere (I'm using Shopify). I added attached files so you an see them. On MXToolbox I get "2" errors but it only show one which is DMARC "DNS record not found". I really need help for this as I'm pretty new into pro emailing
