How do I turn off the spam filter?
It appears this question has been asked, but all of the answers that I could find on the blog were 5 or more years old. With the current Zoho mail, how do I turn off the spam filter? I have no need for it, and want it to be completely disabled - can not find a configuration switch which will do this.

Zoho Mail not opening in Chrome
Yesterday, my Zoho mail account out of the blue would not open in Chrome. I had to open it in Windows Edge, where it works fine. It also works for me as an app in iOS, and in Andoid. But it only does this for me in Chrome: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0baEAUzZaicQ1hRjCu-dHO4Hw It spun around like that for hours yesterday before I finally just shut it down... Any advice?

Email issues from Office365 to Zoho Free mail
Hello! I've been trying to configure my office365 as the primary for few accounts and then using a connector to connect to Zoho, so that I can have a hybrid set-up for the users within the same domain. The connector of O365 shows that it can successfully connect to the zoho mx entries, however fails to handover the email to the designated recipient. The error message which appears is "550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient user@domain.com not found by SMTP address lookup". Any suggestion

Zoho Backscatter spam email trying to prove account is hacked RAMSOMWARE
I have been getting emails from my own email ID threatening me that my email account has been hacked, And I need to make payment else the hacker will send dirty photos to all my contacts. The email is filtered to Spam folder. I checked my Sent box to find no email as outbound to myself. Checked CPanel for login time and IP. All are fine there. Checked all settings of our domain which are properly configured. This is surely Backscatter spam. I want to know is why the sender is still able to spook

How did someone use my email?
One of my board members received this email which appears to be from me. Although I never send it. By looking closer at the recipient name I see it's my email address followed by another in <>. I'm assuming I didn't get hacked so how does someone do this? Can Zoho Mail be run in tandem with Thunderbird IMAP Client and not changing MX?
I've been back and fourth with Zoho, however, I cannot get a straight answer - I have my own domain and currently use Thunderbird on 3 machines via IMAP. I'd like to test Zoho Mail and have subscribed to the standard package. I want to be able to use my company email in Zoho without having to change my MX settings - the idea being, if it doesn't help our workflow and I decide not to use Zohomail, I can revert back to Thunderbird without losing any of that interim content. Archived messages disappearing
Hey Guys Just testing my zoho account prior to going live and noticed that when I archive messages they disappear. They do not appear in the archive folder as they should and indeed as messages did when we opened the account last month. I can see the earlier archived messages but not the ones archived today. Are the zoho servers having issues? Does this happen often? We were going to use zoho for customer support but having second thoughts now. Thanks!
