Cant see email account control panel
Hello i had created few email addresses few months back, i could see all of them from settings from main account. i no longer see an option to access the aliases i had created for my org. from setting. can you please help?
Very Slow Getting Emails
I seen this posted over a year ago, I'm posting to see if anything changed If I send an email to my employees in the field, there phones will beep saying they have an email but sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes to shw up. The same thing happens to me at the office if they send me an email. I love your program but we cant wait that long to get messages.
My sent emails going into spam/junk

can't check email from outlook
Dear support, Could you please check my client email "oriental4@orientalvoyages.com status?" Here is her situation. First, this mailbox is used over the size (up to 110%). Then, I let her delete unused mail until its size down to 80%. In control panel, Mail Administration -> Mail accounts -> oriental4 -> Mailbox action, it changed to green color after ever be red color during the oversize of mailbox. Anyways, It still work work for using MS Outlook to send and receive emails. Its error message show
Not receiving some emails from a particular email address
I am not receiving emails from a particular email account. The problem is that I receive some of the mails sent from that account (roughly every third email) but other mails never reach my inbox (or junk folder or any other folder for that matter). I can't enable incoming mail to my users

Mailbox size
I have deleted ALL large mails from all the folders (Inbox, Sent) and I just have about 300 mails in my Inbox; however, under the folder section when I check, it shows the occupied space as 4GB, which is absolutely incomprehensible, as none of the 300 mails exceed 1 MB barely. I have cleared ALL the other folders such as Spam, Trash. How is this possible?

ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE REACTIVATED
The account ngan@emet-i.com was deactivated because it went over the 5GB limit. The user has now reduced their mailbox down to 2GB but the account is still inactive. As the administrator, I can't see a way to re-activate that account. Do I need to write to you to request this? That seems like a waste of everyone's time. Anyway, please do it for us.
Delete old emails
Is there a way to automatically delete emails older than a specific date? Paging through them 50 at a time isn't practical as there are about 20,000 emails to delete. Thank you

Need Help Recovering Deleted Emails

IMAP Is very Slow
I am using Bat v 7.4.16 the problem is that when i open my email . Its takes forever to load the email content. Some e-mails to my new address are Bouncing back
E-mails to me are bouncing, but not all of them. Is this just because we've only set up our account today and it takes some time for the server to recognise everything? We have two user accounts and both are receiving some emails and some are bouncing. We've just signed up and paid, so I don't want this to be a continuing issue.
one click printing
Is there some way to set up one click printing. Currently in zoho email I click on: 1) the print icon 2) the word Print in the preview 3) the PRINT button where I can select the printer and settings Then to close everything I click on: 1) close window 2) [x] to close the email priview That is five (5) clicks every time I want to print an email. THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY!
How do I Import Gmail messages?
I've tried downloading my mailbox contents from Google, but that gives me an mbox file when Zoho's import only takes .eml. I've looked for tools to convert, but there are no free ones. I've looked at pulling in my archived messages using Pop3, but get authentication errors (I've triple-checked my password and username). Google doesn't support migration to Zoho, and I can't find any information here on setting up Pop3 to import Gmail messages. So what do I do? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard

Incoming mail not working for all senders
Apparently they checked that DNS settings are fine, which I suspected, and ... that in fact I should be receiving mail. Hm. ... Then they asked for the specific sender's mail address. Should have mentioned that this sender has no problems sending to and being received by other Zoho mail accounts. So I am not any closer to a solution. My incoming emails marked as read
Hi. Previously I had the same situation but id disappared suddenly as appeared and I couldn't fix the reason. Problem is that my incoming emails are marked as read after some time (few minutes). My email clients can't be that reason because I've turned them off for some time. My colleagues that are also on my domain don't have such problem. today for one of the @colorex.lv domain users lost e-mails. Zoho system asked for password, but password wasn't changed. After resetting password and connecting to web interface there was no e-mails since beginning of 2018. year. Please recover from backup nikita@colorex.lv mail box. Huge thanks in advance!
The text of my e-mails sent by foreign character is garbled
Hi I have input foreign character in my zoho mail and it seem all right but when i sent it then i checked up in my sent folder that the character was all in garbled. The English was fine but not other than that. The content was showing something like ?????...???? Please fix it ASAP as we got customer not only from English speakng countries. It was working well but not the recent time.

Hi there We have had a few emails this morning that have gone straight to trash and not appeared in the inbox. They have been forwarded to a second email - and arrived there safely, but there doesn't appear to any reason why they have gone straight to trash. Any suggestions.
Recipient address rejected: user does not exist

Zoho mail login problem
Every time I open Zoho mail wab page it doesn't auto login. I have to manually login every time. After starting two factor authenticator option, the problem becomes worse. Now every time I want to login I have to give the authenticator code as well though it says it will not bother for 180 days. Hope Zoho IT team will find my account problems and fix it as soon as possible.
