i recently purchase my domain and got sing up for zoho mail but my inbox is not showing any new emails and not sending any mails please help me with solving this problem

Hi so my boss setup a crm for the account support@jyskfodpleje.dk for future use then we forgot about it and I started testing it out with my private email jockethan@gmail.com . I have setup our contact base so we would now like to delete the old account registered to support@jyskfodpleje.dk so that I can change mailadress of the one I did to that email. However I cannot login on the old one because there is no verification code being sent to support@jyskfodpleje.dk Please help
No message-id if client omits it
When sending a mail through the Zoho SMTP server with a 3rd party client that omits the 'message-id' header, then Zoho Mail will not add one automatically. This results in no conversation view on the web (and no threading in 3rd party clients). Can Zoho Mail add this feature? Gmail for example automatically adds a message-id when it is missing to correctly support threading in follow up responses.
Zoho Mail Desktop Lite only logging in on second try, security issue, display issue
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. Every time I select an email, everything changes on the screen. The selected email jumps somewhere. Other emails change their positions. Just highlight the selected email and don't change anything else IT IS VERY DISRUPTIVE!

Cannot use my .tk domain
I'm using for my Mumble server a domain from No-Ip, brasilhue.ddns.net. But I managed to get 12 mouths of free brasilhue.tk. The issue is I can't use it here, when trying to register an error occurs. So, why this happens and how to I use the .tk domain? Thanks

Hi all, I have configured to receive ZoHo Mail through 'Mail' on my Mac. I had no problems with this configuration until recently. I am still able to receive mail, which means Mail is retrieving mail from the ZoHo server. But I am not able to send anything, constantly getting this error. missing incoming e-mails
I stopped receiving e-mails from spcific e-mail: DL032@HOTMOBILE.CO.IL starting 05/28/2018. The last e-mail received was on 5/27/2018. The e-mails get CC'd to number of different recipients and all of them receive them except for me. I checked ZOHO - Spam, Trash, Filters etc and found nothing. I use Outlook so I checked filters on Outlook- nothing. And even if Outlook would delete them I would be able to see them in Trash on Zoho - but nothing. Please help.

Paid Plans for selective number of users
Currently for choosing the paid plans we need to apply for all the users of domain. However in any organization rights may not be required to be same for all email users. Hence zoho shall allow availing the paid plans for any number of accounts of domain as the administrator need.
