What is the maximum POP external accounts that allow for each plan?
Hello! I have many external POP email accounts that I would like to unify from my zohomail mailbox and I would like to know what is the maximum POP external accounts that allow for each plan to know which one to select? The accounts do not have a great flow of mails, but I would like to be able to read them all in one place to optimize the time that I dedicate to enter each one. Greetings and thanks!

Hello Whiles i was registering i made a mistake of entering a wrong phone number but i have been trying to update the number and i keep getting error messages can someone assist me its really urgent.
Admin Account will not Reset
I lost my admin password. When I tried to reset the password for admin@pennyfarthinginn.net, it asked "How would you like to reset your password?" but didn't give me any options (see attached screenshot). Can I get help resetting that password, maybe getting the reset email sent to this email account?

I verified my domain when I opened my zoho mail account 2 months ago. I just set up my account now and I am still being asked to verify my domain. How can I get the code that was sent to me 2months ago? I am not able to receive urgent work emails.
Language of zoho mail website, how to change?
Other sites from zoho i have in english but zoho mail in polish, i wanted to change language of the website of zoho mail into english but cannot :( I tried to change it in account profile settings but it does nothing, nor changing 'language' neither 'country'. There is a way to change language only of the zoho mail website? I'd like to have it in english!
Spam mail being sent to me, from my zoho email alias'
My email addresses (all the same account) are receiving spam emails, that state one of my accounts as the "sender", however when you hover over the sender it is in fact being sent by unknown senders. The spam emails appear to be sending documents/files and invoices. I need this resolved asap. One of which is james@consultechmgt.com, please ban this account from sending me email immediately.

Hi Today, I am facing a problem while using a zoho mail, I received email but it is automatically deleted from Inbox and when someone sent me email, I have received email in views not in Inbox. What is the problem and give me the solution ?

Upgraded Account - Won't Unblock - User Storage Limit
I use Zoho CRM plus, and it is my understanding that it doesn't include Mail storage beyond the Free account, so I upgraded to the Standard Mail Account. The link at the top of Mail does not work to unblock the account. Per the instructions, I have to have a Zoho Rep unblock it. Can you please do so? Thank you. Scott

Hi, May I know following condition. Let's say my Outgoing mails are blocked due to exceeded limits and there are pending emails that needs to be sent. So, after I unblock my account, those pending emails are continue to be sent automatically or being discarded? Thank you.

This is really stupid, I can see it blocked for 24 hours but 3 day? And now we're in the long holiday weekend which has made it impossible to contact them.

ALL the images (sent and received) are not shown, instead a symbol appears. the image is there somehow, because if I re-direct it to my gmail account, the image normally appears. in the print screen below you can see the symbol (in this case, the image of my signature doesn't show) can anyone help me? best regards.

I love Zoho Mail and I also love Zoho Invoice so I was surprised to learn that it seems you two don't get along. Outlook can't sync to Zoho IMAP server
Yesterday Outlook started not being able to connect to the Zoho IMAP server. No settings were changed in Outlook. The error is: "Task 'Synchronizing subscribe folders for j**@*******.net reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for j**@*******.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your system administrator or ISP. All my other email accounts are syncing just fine. I've installed Zoho Mail for my android however I am getting an invalid password error. I've tried the TFA with no luck.
