Getting error 553 (Relaying disallowed)
Hi, I've tried to configure my application to send emails via zoho mail with following configurations:
transport: "%mailer_transport%" //smtp
host: "%mailer_host%" // smtp.zoho.com
port: 465
encryption: ssl
username: "%mailer_user%" //no-replay@mralef.net
password: "%mailer_password%" //...
auth_mode: login But unfortunately I keep getting 553 Relaying error. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi, I've just signed up to trial zoho, so im comletely new to it. I have my own domain & have pointed it to zoho & can send & receive emails fine. When I go via a proxy that restricts certain types of URLs (in particular email) I get denied access. I can get to the logon page which is at subdomain.mydomain.com, but when I enter credentials, it logs me in, but redirects to mail.zoho.com/biz/etc Is there any way to 'mask' the mail.zoho.com URL with my own URL so that I can get access via the proxy?

hello, i use many email systems in zoho in my previous systems, when i send an email to gmail, it works fine but it doesnt for hotmail with my new project "HESociety.org" all mails to gmail marked as spam while it works fine for hotmail could anyone help me please with that ?

Hi, emails are being sent to me. I can see on my homescreen notifications that I have email from this sender -- but it's not in my inbox. I have been getting emails from this sender in my inbox prior to yesterday I have screenshots to prove it. Thanks!

Hi, I've setup email accounts, and can see my own calendar entries in iOS. I've also created group email boxes, and setup a test calendar item in the group email. On the web, i can see it. but on iOS, in the unified calendar of iOS, I don't know how to see group calendar. How can I do this?
Outlook 2016 Thunderbird
Hi, I'm trying to setup my email, which is my own domain, hosted elsewhere. (fronteer.org) I think I have managed to get it to Zoho mail, as I can access it on outlook 2016 or Thundbird, however I am having absolutely no luck getting on both mail app to access my mail via imap. I have tried both Zoho and fronteer imap settings just in case, but neither work. Just confused :( Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Hi, My iphone has been doing some really weird stuff for the last couple of days. It deleted several emails from my account, which i have been unable to find either on the Archive or the Trash bin. I was wondering if it is possible to recover these emails since most of them are work related and quite important. Apparent Security Breach
Twice in the last 24 hours, I had outgoing email blocked due to excessive use. I have not sent an email in 4 days. Apparently, this has happened to others as well. Checking my sent mail, mail has been going from my account to unknown addresses containing my login and password in the clear in the both the subject and body.. I suggest all check their sent boxes for bizarrities. I would like the local security gurus to look into this immediately and please keep us all posted.
Spam filtering
I tried to filter out a domain and was surprised that the domain filter does not accept asterisks. For example: I don't want to receive any email from any domain ending in win. With my former provider I could enter a filter like: *.win This doesn't work with Zoho. Can you modify this?

Hi, Ive signed up with the email info@blackbritishgirlhood.com from my wix site however even after ive updated the MX records I still cannot receive emails, and when i do i get the error 553 relaying disallowed and zoho is telling me to update my MX records even though I already have?

One of our staff informed me that he was unable to send a couple of emails. With the message "Client host [135.84.80.216] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?135.84.80.216" Checking the sorbs.net site, the 135.84.80.216 which resolves to "sender-of-o51.zoho.com" is indeed looks to be blacklisted.

I need my email unblocked asap. I sent out about 10 emails back to back yesterday while trying to recruit for some new workampers for our resort, and I'm sure this is what this is related to. I need unblocked or I will be moving my email to another server. It is quite ridiculous that I cannot even send a hand full of emails without this happening.

What's up with this? I could block (blacklist) domains and emails till the cows come home and it NEVER FREEKING STOPS- zoho is fine otherwise- once it was set up- but too technical to do myself. looking for another option.

Can't verify a CrazyDomains domain
Hi, I am trying to verify my domain name www.ruptur.co.uk, which is hosted with CrazyDomains. I have tried both CNAME and TXT records methods, about 72 hours has passed for both, but no luck - verification fails every time. I have e-mailed screen shots to support [at] zohomail [dot] com, but I haven't heard anything back for 3 days. My wife is also using Zoho, and she has managed to verify her domain (www.vivanityphoto.com) with no problem at all, even though it is also hosted with CrazyDomains.
Email Status "sent" - what next?
Hi, Please do not hate me if this topic was here before (and I bet it was a 100 times, yet I can't find it). However, when using IMAP with outlook, i noticed that for some times emails sent from zoho (or outlook) to some customers appear to hang on status "Sent", where I know the customer did reply previously when the previous emails had the status "delivered" - dose this mean that the email are not being delivered? Please advise as I need an answer for my superior as well. cheers
