Unable to send/recieve emails.
Hi, We are using zoho mail since a month or so. Everything is working fine till now. All of a sudden one of the user is unable to send/receive any email. This happened since morning. There is no error. Just the emails are not going to the recepient nor is he able to receive any emails.Others are able to send/receive emails. Could you pls help resolve... Thanks Ravi

User accounts not working
Dear Zoho I received notification re: SPF and MX settings in May. I addressed this at the time and have tested details - they are all correct according to the checking tools you recommend. The notifications are still there. I raised a 'ticket' at the time and have received no reply. I have not been able to use email since nor can any of the other users for my domain (relay error). We have a big project coming up on June 21st and have been unable to do anything we need to - this is seriously hampering

What happened to the sender's name when using the Compact view??
I just logged into Zoho Mail today and noticed the sender name is missing and replaced by a colored icon with initials. This is not good! I can't tell who sent any of the emails anymore.

We now have two letter abbreviations for senders in Zoho Mail (like an icon), which is good. It'd be great to take it a step further and allow us to set the icons we want instead. Concrete example: I receive automated messages from my son's nursery with updates from the class. These emails are from "BH" now, which is OK, but I'd rather see the nursery's logo. Keep in mind I don't want to create a Contact, b/c these are from an automated email address. Ideally, I'd like to do a google image search

Having to click on delete twice
This only started happening today, but when I'm reading an email and want to delete it, it used to go to trash immediately. Starting today, I'm having to click on the delete icon twice to get rid of it. I tried using the menu item instead, but it had the same behavior. Also, it happens on two different browsers. At work, I check my email on Chrome, while at home I use Opera. Has anybody else experienced this?

Hi, I have two accounts on Zoho, one I can sync via carddav to various clients, the other, this one, I cannot. I've copied URLs, made the email ID change, replaced the credentials with the right ones and the service returns a 401. Is there something I have to do to enable carddav on this domain/account? 2 Letter Sender Initials - how to get back to full senders name
I think there was a recent UI update that gives an Android like experience where it shows just 2 initials. How can i show the user name that sent the email. I find it really hard at a glance to see who sent me email - i have to hover over every block to see email address.
Inbox view - how to show name instead of initials
