Renaming Folder/File "ok" button not working
After clicking the "re" link to rename a doc, the 'Rename Folder/File' window for renaming a doc/file opens and I retype the name of the doc/file, click 'ok' and nothing happens, the doc isn't renamed, its like the button is dead. The 'cancel' button works, just not the 'ok' button. journeyerdb
Errors on checking/fetching mails.
Hello guys, I've installed ZVO in an Windows2003 SP1 machine. Updated ZVO to version 3.2. Everything goes fine, until when i check my emails i get a message on top of my INBOX [b]No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?): JVM_Bind[/b] What seems to be the problem??? Thanks!
Having problems registering
I am having problems registering. I put my information in, click the "I accept Create account" button, it waits about 60 seconds then a red message flashes at the top of the sign up frame that says "Error while registration". What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!!
cli command to keep zoho VO running?
hi all, I have VO installed on a Ubuntu 6.06 server box, everything runs great, but the server runs headless, so when I exit an ssh session, VO shuts down.I had previously found the post with the switch for run.sh that fixes this, but I can't find it now .... any help greatly appreciated. Failed service pack installation
I tried to update our VO 3.1 installation with service pack 3 this morning. The installation completed successfully but VO would not run after the installation. So, I ended up uninstalling the service pack and rebooting the server. Everything is now working again. I tried, once again, to apply service pack 3 but now I get an error when the installation gets to 98% complete, it errors out and proceeds to uninstall. Would it be possible to install version 3.2 directly over 3.1 to avoid the service

Problems Uploading Document
Salamutations! I am using the Virtual Office online beta. Setting up my email pop3 email accounts was easy and I really appreciate it. I find the calendar a little tricky � only because I was expecting something a lot like MS Outlook, which of course it isn�t. I�m conscious this is a beta and work in progress, so I�ll go easy on my expectations: but a wee note� it�s not in the same league as your wonderful zohowriter �yet. unable to upload documents or create folders
Howdy, Have had an account in VO for a couple of days. I have been unable to create folders or add documents. After uploading a file or creating a folder, the page refreshes but nothing shows up. Any ideas?
Cannot find Upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2SP2
my problem ist - probably - pretty simle: i cannot find a version history, where i can download past upgrades/patches. i'm currently still using VO version 3.1 and want to upgrade to 3.2+ i just cannot find the upgrade pack anywhere on the site.

FireFox Issue
I have installed 3.2(3220). I seem to be having an issue with Firefox 1.5.0.7. When i upload a Word Document to the documents area, it uploads fine and i can see it in the list. but when i click it in the list, it does not do anything. no prompt to open, or download just nothing. Can I make zoho notify users when content has been uploaded?
Basically the subject says it all. I want to be able to have my users get notifications when the user content on our VO zoho server is updated. If if it is possible to have these notifications occur is it possible to have some kind of summary notifications so that people do not get emails everytime anything is changed, but rather maybe once a day or once every couple of days? I can not fetch emails
Hi, all. If I turn on the Spam-Filter in my Endian-Firewall and press Fetch Mails, the text "fetching mails..." is displayed until I press another button. And there are no new mails. But if I turn off the Spam-Filter, I can fetch all mails. I�m sure, that my testmails are not spam, because it works with other email-clients behind the same firewall. Can anyone help my? ZOHO Virtual Office Demo expired?
I opened an account on Virtual Office on Premise Demo and tried inputting some events and activities. Now when I try to login, I am brought back to the login page as soon as I press the login button. Is this due to expiration of my demo account? How can I recover the data I inserted?

Hiyas, I am new to Zoho and it looks excellent. I have the On Premise downloaded and was easily able to configure my email......however I am unable to configure it on the Web? When I test it it "times out". I have checked the settings numerous time. I can access it using Yahoo and mail2web. I use cableone.net. Any help? Thanks, Dennis
Service Pack installation problem
We have been testing VO 3.1 for a couple of weeks and just purchased an on site license for 25 users. I was attempting to install service pack 3 and ran into a problem. The installation gets to about 98% complete and then errors out and proceeds to uninstall the service pack. I tried it several times with the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions? After restarting VO I logged in and checked the version info. It states that the version is now 3.2 but it will not let me install service pack

VO integration and database quuestions
Can VO be integrated with other products?. I am testing it and think its is really a great product. I am also interested in HelpDesk. So it will be wonderful if both products could work together, means VO Contacts <=> HelpDesk Customers, VO users <=> HelpDesk Staff. I note that products use embedded mySQL database. It would be great if we can select the mySQL server location (ip address:port), so existing mySQL installations could be reused. Thanks again for your great work
One pass login for VO and CRM
I installed both the VO and CRM latest version in the same machine. Seemingly they don't share any data and they are to be logged in independently. They really don't share anything operationally? Or I just don't know?
Can't unshared or delited shared documents
Hi! my VO v.3220 on winXP SP2 I can't to unshared previously downloaded and shared text document - (because in "Shared To User(s)/Groups" windows I have nothing to see); I can't delete (Access denied. The item's is shared.); I can't edit or view previously downloaded text document (when I click on icon "edit" in left corner of IE appears yellow triangle "Error on page"). How I can fix this bug?
Creating an account
I created a Zoho account for Writer, but what I really want is a VO account. But when I try to create a VO account, it tells me "error on page" and does nothing. Has the signup for that stopped? If so, do you know when it will be active again? Thanks!!!
task for groups
Hi all, I am testing Zoho VirtualOffice. I defined a group with several members. But I can not assign a task to a special group member. I selected the appropriate group und clicked the menu "Add task". A new window "New personal task" opened. In this window it is not possible to assign the task to a group member. Need to uninstall - dont have shortcuts
For some reason the menu group was not created when I installed Zoho office. I want to remove and do a clean install but the instructions only tell how to do it with a shortcut. What is the manual way to do it? This is on a Windows server Thanks Greg

I cannot seem to find an answer to this (maybe I am not looking thoroughly enough). How do I add email addresses to the contact list that are NOT in a .com domain? VO don't works...
One week ago the power supply of our server spoiled. After repair the server, apparently all was working Ok, but: VO in some occasions it failed, I don�t know if it is related. It was necessary to reinitiate the program. Yesterday it shows error messages to all the users when try to connect in the user and password screen. Now, VO doesn�t work after reinitiate the program and server. Best regards.

Can't delete group documents
I am having trouble deleting group documents even though I am the root administrator and moderator for the group. As a last resort, I removed them from the file structure in Windows, but that does not delete them from VO. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, first i'm french so sorry for my poor english and mistakes i can make. I would know if Zoho VO On-Premise version stay after 30 days with all options active when less than 10 users have been created. What is the difference between On-Premise and On-Demand please ? I would like to use this solution in my personal office (3 persons) so can I use On-Premise version all the time without bug after 30 days ? After this time, will I see any difference ??
