All my sent emails from KOMMO CRM System are redirected to one of a subfolder from my Ibox
Hello, all of the sent emails from my KOMMO CRM System are placed in a sub-sub-folders in my INBOX. Why is that? And how can i change this?

SMTP zoho email + prestashop problem
Hi, i just created an email for my domain with an e-shop built on prestashop... however, after setting the SMTP (myemail@mydomain.com, password is correct, server is smtp.zoho.com, port 465, SSL) i still get an error message saying i should check my settings. with gmail address it works fine, but zoho has a problem.. anybody encountered this problem, or has any idea or solution? thanks a lot.

default reply email
In the zoho mail application you can make another email your default email address. So when you compose a new email it defaults to the email address you have set. However this functionality does not work when you reply to an email. you can select the email from a drop down, but I wanted to know if their is a way to set the reply email button as a different default email, just like the compose functionality. No-reply email account without taking up a user license?
I just upgraded our zoho mail account to the paid tier and purchases 7 licenses. When setting up our new users I can't add the 7th one because I have a no-reply email account created to be able to send automated emails from our server.
