SPF record issue with Amazon AWS
Zoho complains that it's unable to get a TXT record for SPF. I followed the directions and everything looks okay. I've also waited nearly a full day to make sure it's propagated. Can anyone spot what I'm doing wrong?
Calendar with thunderbird lightning doesn't keep login password
Hi, I'm using thunderbird with lightning for my email and calendar. I added my personnal calendar (https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/xxxxx/events) to thunderbird/lightning and it works fine except that each time I launch thunderbird it asks me my login and password for the calendar only. If I check the option to store the username/password in thunderbird when I enter it, there is no change, it keeps me asking for the user and password next time. I don't have similar problems with other calendars.

ZOHO MAIL -- All of the sudden I can't download and open PDFs
When you receive an email in Zoho Mail with an attachment, the attachment has 2 links in it: 1. Download 2. View I can't Download JPGs or PDFs anymore. This just started yesterday. Nothing happens. The View link works fine, but the Download link doesn't work! HELP!!!

I have a user that is not able to send or receive email today. She is not receiveing email on her phone or Outlook but webmail is working properly. My account is working properly and I have verified the settings are all correct on her phone and Outlook.
