Abuse and Postmaster mailboxes
When Zoho hosts email for a domain, does Zoho monitor abuse@yourdomain.com and postmaster@yourdomain.com or should the domain owner set up those addresses (either as users or as aliases)? If Zoho does monitor abuse and postmaster on hosted domains, is there a way for the domain owner to see those messages as well? Thanks.

Hello! I am trying to add a user/email to our custom domain with zoho (thenatureschool . org . au). I added jodinka @ gmail.com and she registered with Zoho as per the link. I then went to control panel and as the super administrator tried to create her email: jodie @ thenatureschool.org.au but it keeps saying that it already exists...but it doesn't?! Mobile Sync for Tasks

Impossible to delete orphaned attachments
When sending and email, and attaching a file from a cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive), these files are added to the "Attachments" view. It is then impossible to delete such attachments. Even if the original sent email (which contains the attachment) is deleted, the attachment stays behind orphaned and there is no way to delete it. Or is there a way to delete these attachments?
