Can not log to my Zoho Mail
Dear Friends and Support I´ve just decided to use Zoho Mail , but I do not have acces to the user zoho mail area. They ask for my cell phone (which is the same as in zoho dasboard) also I am using the correct password . I would like to create an email .org (contato@sistemasembarcados.org and wordpress@sistemasembarcados.org) But it is not possible. Enclosed is a picture with the problem. Regards Adalberto

Hello I tried to send an email and it gave me the message: Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Can someone please unblock my account so I can send email again? My email is administracion@red-solutions.com Also when somebody send a email then appear the next error Error remote response 552 5.1.1 Mailbox delivery failure policy error I dont know why that is happen again. Problem with emails sent with attachment
Some of my emails with attachment are not getting delivered to the recipient. I am not getting any particular bounce email message or error on sending these emails. When i checked with the recipient, they said that they have not received any emails.

Trouble verifying domain (Amazon Route 53)
Hello, I am having trouble verifying my domain that I have registered through Amazon Route 53. I have added both the CNAME record and TXT method to the domain on Amazon, however when I return to the domain setup page on Zoho Mail, it says I still need to verify my domain. I have tried going to zb******.mydomain.com and it takes me back to the verification page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mobile number already exists
When trying to bring up my email on another Zoho account I get asked, as a security measure, to add a mobile number. I have added a number before, but I tried again only to be told that the "Mobile number already exists", but I cannot proceed further. What is my next step, please?

Email verification failed, tried all 3 ways
I have tried all the 3 ways you mentioned for email setting up, domain verification. site is tangybox.com, it is hosted on AWS and domain is on Bigrock.in 1. added CNAME, error: There are no CNAME Records found for your domain. 2. added TXT, error: There are no TXT Records found for your domain. 3. tried html method, you can see: http://tangybox.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html and again error: host not found. And its not like I am checking instantly, but I have waited for over 1 day for each.

Account with own domain, IMAP vs IMAPPRO
I have own domain and I use it for this ZOHO mail plan. I use eM Client (and Thunderbird) email plan in my PC. My settings incoming server are imappro.zoho.com (port 993). Emails coming in eM Client and Thunderbird only when I restart program. If I change incominserver imap.zoho.com (port 993) then everything are ok. Why so? What is different imappro vs imap?

Setting Email, Calendar, Write and Sheet as default applications
I am having difficulty in figuring out how to set Zoho mail as my default mail client. I want Zoho email, calendar to replace G-mail and Google Calendar. I also want Zoho Write, Sheet to be my default applications. I can't understand why this is so difficult as compared to setting Google or Office as the default. Background randomly changed. I need it back to white
I had the fern green theme. The background color was white, and the buttons and such were fern green. I went to my mail today, and it all looked normal, but right after I clicked compose, the background just changed to black. I did drop my mouse, so I figured some setting was accidentally selected. I went into settings, and I couldn't figure out how to fix this. See image below. I just want it to be white again.

Zoho Mail Bug: Everything after & in the filename of the attachment gets cut off
This happens only when attaching file from Zoho Docs and not if the file is attached from desktop. This also does not happen in Outlook. Eg: Filename_&_ending.txt will be Filename_ Filename & ending.txt will be Filename Regards, Glenn

We had a user called admin@gochotu.com, I tried to rename it to admins@gochotu.com but I got a message "User already exists in your org". Then I deleted admin@gochotu.com and tried to create admins@gochotu.com but I still get "User already exists in your org". Please help. Thanks, Bilal Ahmed
