Zoho as an alternative to Google/Microsoft/Yahoo? (privacy issues)
Given the recent NSA surveillance scandal in the USA, many people are looking for an alternative email service. I've read through Zoho's privacy policy, and it's definitely better than Google/Yahoo/Microsoft, at least with regard to scanning your mail to sell to 3rd party advertisers. I'd like to know how secure our email is from US (or other) government surveillance. Where are Zoho's servers located and what are the laws pertaining to foreign governments having access to their contents? Zoho has
i can send email but cant received any email
Hi, i see i think its the common problem often happen with the member here.. I have just successfully set up Zoho Mail using my own domain at fudiiduf.com I can send out emails, but cant receive any emails, ive try to send an email from my gmail and reported that successfuly sent out but it doesnt come to my zoho mail. my mail test is fudi@fudiiduf.com i have set CName record and follow the instruction everything just ok, and its pointing to zoho.comalso in my control panel I am getting green icons

Group Email Question
Hello, this is my first post and I hope you will be patient with me. I did a search and I could not see if this question has come up before. I have a group whose email address is advertised on our website. Four staff members are part of the group and each see the emails in their inbox. I am trying to find a way so that when one team members opens an email, it appears as read in the others, to prevent confusion and duplication. Does anyone have suggestions or insights, please. Problem receiving email using Mail on the Mac
Today I've noticed that emails haven't been coming through on my Mac using Mail. Only noticed when I checked my iPhone at lunchtime and I had 15 unread emails that didn't appear on my Mac. Tried get new messages but that doesn't work, the only option I have is to quit Mail completely and then relaunch it, that then prompts it to download any new emails. Anyone else having the same problem? Has something changed or do I need to change anything to get it working again?

UX fails on registration with email activation
I try to register my business, but your User Experience fails, because you sent email activation to my customer@customdomain.com WTF???? I try to create emails accounts with your service using my custom domain... My domain is new and i don't have email service LOL! Hi, I added a user with email id sales@domain.com and also created a group for the same. I later deleted the user with email sales@domain.com and now when I try to add this email again, it shows that this user already exists. My question is, how do I add an email again which was deleted earlier?

IOS 11.0.2
This morning my phone updated to 11.0.2 and since my Zoho Mail will not open. I have deleted the app, restarted the phone, downloaded and reinstalled three times now. When the fresh app is installed, I get through the login and verification screens but when time comes to load the inbox, the app crashes and closes. Any thoughts on a fix? My wife is running IOS 11.0.1 and has no troubles with her Zoho Mail. Thanks in advance

Hello Zoho Team, I was trying to create new email account. I have mistakenly sent a verification code to my landline number. Now I cannot register my domain. It says "It is already registered to my landline number ", where I cannot receive the code. I do not have super admin credential as I just started this. I need to have that domain name.
