How can I see my SMTP outgoing email logs, especially error logs and cause of error?
Email Incoming / Outgoing Blocked.

An account of my colleague has been blocked for Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked. In last 2 days sent 3-4 emails to support email id but not received any single reply neither the issue has been resolved.

Unable to activate account
Hi ive got a weird issue. I've tried to register an account with my wife's company email address kontakt [at] vetsandpets [dot.] pl I received an activation email - i've clicked it. I got an info that my account is active. So while trying to sign in with my credentials i got an info that.. my account is not activated so zoho can resend activation mail once again. So im in the loop - and still i cannot do anything with that :( how can i solve this issue? thanks!

Hi Admin i just got an email saying "Mail rate exceeded limit", and when I check my account it says I got no blocks. Please help me fix this issue, since I am having trouble contacting my clients... Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number
I lost the password to my admin email account. When I try to reset my password for admin@pennyfarthinginn.net, it asks me "How would you like to reset your password," and doesn't provide any options, only a submit and cancel button (see attached image). Not receiving emails
A few people have written to one of my Zoho Mail accounts, but I have not received their emails. The email address was correct, as they forwarded those emails to another one of my accounts. I tried to email that account myself today (from both a Zoho and Gmail account) and received the test emails without a problem, so I have no way to replicate the error. Any idea what might be causing this?
renaming my email domain/messages won't receive
I'd like to edit my email domain to read @sfcllc.org rather than @summerfieldsconsulting.org. how do I edit this? will I have to purchase a new domain? also, my messages will send but I can't receive. If I send a test email to my zoho email account, that message won't even give me an error. It just disappears into space. Someone please advise.

Unable to send emails in my mail sender
Hi, I use a tool to send emails for my clients; +/- 500/day But in the first test, I barely send 70 emails and the tool was stopped, telling me that I reached the providers limit; So, two things, can you guys unblock my email for me continue sending emails? And I want to have the liberty to send how much emails I want, you guys have a limit for it? it's possible for me to continue with this strategy of sending 500 emails/day in Zoho or I'm gonna need to change my email to another provider? MX trouble
Hello, I just created an account about 12 hours ago with Zoho. Currently, I am receiving the following error message: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. I cannot send/receive email from the email accounts within Zoho, but I can receive/send mail to third party accounts. I followed the directions thoroughly and went through everything correctly. Any suggestions? my domain is www.stagpads.com Thanks.

Spacing in New Mail
Ever since the recent appearance upgrades (icon colours, etc) when I want to compose a new mail the cursor always starts about 3 lines down from the top of the compose pane and can't be moved back up with either the delete or backspace key. Solution? Thank you.

SMTP errors when trying to send e-mail from a script
I want to configure automated scripts on my Linux machine to e-mail me status updates when they finish and am using mailx (although I can use pretty much any mail program that Zoho would prefer that I use). I use two factor authentication for my account, and have set up an application specific password for this use. URGENT : Problem to receive email
