I would like to use Zoho with content filtering. I have whitelisted: Zoho.com Accounts.zoho.com When I try to log in online, the iframe doesn't load correctly. Any tips on other domains that I need to whitelist to log in?
Sending a large amount of spam
I am apparently sending a large amount of spam from my inbox. I have changed my password, enabled TFA and have logged out of every device. Even with all of that I am still sending spam, and I see it in my sent items folder, so I know it is coming from my mailbox. Can someone at Zoho see what the mail server's logs show, below is one example header. How do I stop receiving emails from 'lowermybill.cu.cc'
I am getting many spam emails from this company and I cannot get them to stop. Hitting unsubscribe made it WORSE. I have black listed the above, but they still keep coming through as every domain is different. user are not getting emails from my domain
Hi my user are not getting any email from my domain while i receive an email from my website all settings are okay where it could be wrong?? my website is related to classified site where so many emails are sent to user but they are un able to get any email . If i sett ssl and check smpt on my mail server setting even i dont receive any email but when i remove ssl and uncheck smpt then at least i receive an email from my website please help me in this regard below is my website URL www.classifyhub.com

Hi, I'm trying to create closed mail group. The added members get the notification fine but I don't seem to be able to find option for unsubscribing from the group. Ther is no usual footer with unsubscribe link, etc. How can a member leave the group? Thanks

Can't video or audio call in Zoho Mail group chats
Hello, For some reason, we can't place audio or video calls in our group chats in Zoho Mail. The one to one chats have the video and audio call buttons and work perfectly fine. The group chats, however, do not have the audio and video button, and so we can't audio or video call. :( Here's a screenshot. The chat on the left is a one to one chat, while the one on the right is a group chat. I am pretty sure I tested this once before with a group chat, and they did have the button. What's going on?
Sending & receiving emails slow to nonfunctional
This evening, I suddenly realized that I was not receiving any emails. A couple of tests that I sent myself have trickled in, but they're very slow. Also, no emails were going out from my zoho account. Hi: For our domain email praxisga.com, one of our users chandrashekhar.bhide@praxisga.com appears as Chandrashkar in the name. This is happening in ALL emails this user is sending. When I (admin) see him in user accounts, we are seeing the right name. Can you please help?

Can't retrieve new email on one device
On my phone, one of the email accounts suddenly stopped retrieving new emails. (The email account is being retrieved from a server other than zoho.com.) No matter what I do, I can't seem to get this device to retrieve new emails for this account, although the other accounts still work normally. Change of domain provider cant receive emails
I've recently moved my domain registrar from Godaddy to Namecheap and now am unable to receive emails in Zoho Mail. I've updated MX records to point to Zoho as per instructions, and can sent mail, but cannot receive. Any ideas? Thanks

Importing Emails
Hi, I have just started a Zoho email account and can't figure out how to import emails from my other email address which is through SquirrelMail 1.4.21 or SquirrelMail which is a MSG file. Our email address is with Tastel.net.au but they are shutting down some of their emails and ours is one of them. We don't have long to change everything over.

email groups not working today
Hi, I am having trouble with internal mailing lists. I know of several internal emails to internal mailing lists that are not reaching the groups. Deleted Emails? Get them back?
my zoho email was close to full. I right clicked on the zoho inbox and deleted all emails before May 1. When I got back to my Outlook Program on Windows 10, all of those deleted emails had disappeared! I didn't want that to happen. In the past, old emails weren't deleted. I don't think my settings have changed on Outlook 2010, but when I was trying to figure out how to delete I may have changed some Zoho settings. Why did that happen? Is there as configuration that needs to change in outlook?

If I download only headers it works? Imap works normally? Any ideas?

mail dissappeared
my mail disappeared after i tried to do something to store it. i ticked all items of mail and then clicked on the archive folder hoping i could store them there, but they all just disappeared instead.
