Why doesn't Zoho reply to support questions or answer forum questions????
Over the past few months I have submitted NUMEROUS support tickets, posted on the forum and sent direct support emails to zoho - NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY to any of them. I have had paid accounts with Zoho (several apps) for several years, and was always very impressed with the fast response from support, but the current complete lack of support or even response will prompt me to look for alternatives to Zoho Has Zoho changed hands, because both your services and support have really gone down hill lately.
During email account Migration: are delays possible? How to avoid them?
Hi there, I am planning to migrate an email account from GoDaddy ( Product name Office 365 ) Happy to follow the migration steps as per the Zoho instructions. I am wondering, however, how long the migration will take once I have taken all the steps? ( Only around 50 emails in account at the moment, and no large attachments ) I absolutely need to avoid losing any potential incoming emails. To help this, I plan to make the switch at night. Is there a risk that potential problems will delay the switch

Hello, I'm using the 'Incoming Gateway' feature on the 'Email Routing' page. Works perfectly! In doing so, the MX record is not pointing to Zoho now and I'm getting 'The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho' warnings?
