Zoho manage email couldn't be verified by gmail and suspected as a spammer
Good day, While sending email to gmail account, there is a question mark on the sender email that uses Zoho email account , web application portal. For more details one my look at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/180707?visit_id=1-636251020465342503-1611788914&p=email_auth&hl=en&rd=1 Can such a flag be avoided while sending email from Zoho email account?
Help I cannot receive mail
Hello, I configured a free zoho mail yesterday and it was sending and receiving email just fine. However, when I used a hosting other then godaddy, that's when I realized that I no longer receive emails. Please find the below message when I did a test mail from a gmail account Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to jenna@smarketer.ph because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. The response from the remote server was: 550 No Such User Here

disabling Zoho's obstructive "spam" filter
spam filters are supposed to be helpful, but Zoho's "spam" filter does nothing but make work for me as 99.9999% of the messages it catches are false positives, and the only way to change the filter's behavior is on a message-by-message basis (this is incredibly poor design, folks). i've already been informed that there's no way to disable this broken filter (another major design flaw) and i have a perfect spam filter of my own running on all my computers and don't want or need Zoho's "help" controlling

I can't connect to OSTicket
Hello. I have tried to connect my OSticket application that, before the Zoho Mail implementation, was OK using the same email address, but never using PHP mail function (there's another post that solved this issue using that function). I have been getting this error (attached). I have verified the access to the mailbox through Zoho Portal using user/pass settings and all is OK. Even the Two Factor Authentication is off, and POP is ON. So, what is the problem?

msync not working with my device
It seams my sync isn't working properly. This weekend I had to re-enter my password on my BlackBerry 10 device and ever since then it isn't syncing properly. I'm able to see email through the website: mail.zoho.com, but I'm not receiving them on my device. Sometimes the emails show up, but they are several hours or days late. I have numerous emails configured and all of the Zoho ones are having issues. I can send emails fine, but not receive them. Has something changed recently causing a problem

Hi, I tried to create a new account for a client. Domain is www.aloja.ca. At the phone verification step, I got a server error after inputting the code. Tried again multiple times with no luck. Hi I just signed up for an account. As admin in my current email server I can access all company emails and can search for emails if someone is away on holiday or find an email and forward it to several people. We also have an account that shows every email into and out of the organisation so we can search for emails that way too. What sort of similar functionality can I get using your system? Amazon work mail lets the admin search for emails this way so I am wondering why yours does not appear to.
