Problem resetting admin login password for client
Hello Team, Thank you for the services you provide. Me and my clients are very much happy. But this one client of mine has not been using mails I created with zoho and he had admin controls. Now he wants to renew his business identity and he has forgot the admin password and also the gmail ID associated with it. Please help me assist my client in resetting the password. Thanks Deepak

Can anyone help resolve this issue? I have already sent emails to Zoho and they have not replied(2 emails sent within last week). Great customer service heh... I have my .xyz domain registered with namecheap and have configured CNAME, SPF and DKIM as per the Zoho instructions. New User SetUp
When I am setting up a new user, the user does not display in the user details view, rather the profile is showing up in the invitation list. Now if I am creating a new user with an email address for my domain, how are they going to reply to an invitation when they can't even access their email?
Create a custom HTML email template
Hello this is my first post so please forgive any mistakes or if this question has already been answered but in regular Zoho mail I can create email templates and there is a basic way of adding custom html into the email but I have designed a complete custom html email template that I would like to use for certain responses - the template has custom styling/layout and I would like to save this for re-use -- is there any way I can do this? Not Receiving Emails
I'm not receiving emails into my new email box. I just set it up. I tried everything.
no longer receiving email
I know people are sending them. In fact I've sent a few myself but ZOHO mail and ZOHO CRM are not getting them. Outbound mail seems fine. We did recent move the site to a new host, but the DNS and Host records are stored at the registrar not the hosting company. We did update the ns records to the new provider. I'm not sure what to do. Any help appreciated. Kerry

Problem with SPF
Hello, I'm having problems with the SPF. When I try to send an email to my zoho account. It says: it is currently not allowed to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop / imap server in the last 30 minutes or you do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client. I Buy the domain in one site, but the hosting is in another, anyway I added the SPF configuration in both (like the MX and DKIM). Error still appears. Is there something I've done wrong?

I updated my SPF record twice now in the past 2 weeks and it still shows status as not being validated. My other settings appear to all be correct.

Unable to send messages with 10MB in attach from outlook
All my office unable to send messages with 10MB in attach from outlook it`s just stuck in outbox folder and dosen`t move to sent items. We are using different versions of outlook. Also some of our employers works outside. So this problem is not connected with outlook version or internet problem. What can be solution for that? PS from web Letters goes properly.
Password reset issue - URGENT
I have created an email account for info@veintrain.com.au. Unfortunately I didn't finish the setup process and LastPass has decided to lose the password. Now when I go to reset password it sends a reset link to info@veintrain.com.au - not very useful when I don't have access to this email address. Or rather I didn't until I set up info@veintrain.com.au on Gmail, did all the verification etc and then tried to get Zoho to send a reset password link again. Only Zoho still doesn't send the email to that

Can not unblock user from control panel
Hello I can not unblock incoming and outgoing mail for a user. He went over limit and now he deleted all and back under 30% but still i can not unblock it. It gives me error feature for only paid users.

Delete the dns from zoho in the domain to see if it lets me create a new gutter but nothing.
Unable to verify domain
I am working with HOA-Sites and have the correct ZB# (host) and value (Target) and CNAME selected. Have even tried the TXT approach and both are propagated at our host, HOA-Sites. However, I continue to have issues with validation. We have checked the domain as well and everything looks as it appears it should. TTL is set to 5 minutes and we are already well over 2 hours with CNAME and 30 minutes for TXT. Any other ideas?
