Hello. On 22 February 2017 ceased to operate ZOHO outgoing mail on Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, installed on computers with Windows XP. When you try to send letter - a bug (0x800CCC1A) appears, but the mail of other servers (such as Gmail) is working properly. On PCs running Windows 7 or Windows 10 everything is OK. How can we solve this problem?

We have done all the possible troubleshooting in outlook which involves deleting and recreating email profile, changing outgoing ports ssl/tls and also tried reinstalling outlook. Contact your mail server administrator or ISP for additional assistance.

Hi everybody, SInce today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?

I am new to zoho. Trying to set up email notifications. Help says that with Setings>Mail>Appearance I am supposed to see something in the bottom right corner of the pane that will allow me to enable notifications. I don't see it there. What am I missing? Thank you.
