SPF failures - zoho problem?
There seems to be a problem with Zoho verifying the SPF records (Received-SPF: SoftFail (zoho.eu: domain of transitioning xx@yy does not designate xx.xx.xx.xx as permitted sender ). The SPF verification to other providers (e.g. Google) gives valid SPF check. Anybody else having the same problem?

Hello, I am trying to create user, , but no matter what I do it is send to an invitation list. I read in the forum that this happens when the user is associate to another account as a secondary email, but I don't see this user created anywhere else. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Zoho, It seems like testing filters with "Run Through Filter" icon is not working. Tested numerous times even with options "For all incoming messages" and "Move to folder" filter. Nothing happens. However, the filter did work for real incoming mail message. Kindly do the needful, thanks

Can't send emails on IPhone
I've followed correctly all the Zoho instructions about Iphone setup, but I can't send any email using Iphone. I receive emails normally, but can't send them. In my computer, using Outlook, I send and receive normally. Does someone have any clue about what's the trouble? Maybe an alternative setup? Additional info: I have 2 mail accounts in my Iphone (Zoho and another).
