How can I turn off the spam filter in my email?
I am new to Zoho and not all that technically savvy. I am using Zoho email to receive emails from people responding to an advert and to follow up on the enquiries. Nearly every single email I receive is going into spam. The only instruction I can find talks about white lists and black lists which are useless to me as I don't know who will be emailing me. I can't find any other instructions on how to manage the spam filter. I am perfectly happy stopping the filter all together if that is the easiest

Trying and Failing to set up SPF
I have been trying to confugure the SPF according to the configuration provided but unfortunately that is not working. I have also tried using the tool mentioned and it says "SPF record passed validation". I am wondering if I am missing anything and it would be great if someone can help me with this.

Hi Occasionally we send emails to all our customers, (around 90) and when I reach about 70 I get the message 'Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit '. Hi guys, is there a way to stop the SPF check failing on forwarded email? for example: bob forwards all mail to bob@zoho.com joe sends an email from joe@home.com to bob@outlook.com which is then forwarded to bob@zoho.com if spf hard fail is set to quarantine the message will be blocked, even though the message is valid and everyone has spf records set correctly.
