Hi guys, I keep getting this error in my dashboard. Upon looking in my GoDaddy, everything is like in the documentation. Am I doing anything wrong? As I use this email pretty often, it would be really bad if the emails won't get through. Please advise

IMAP error with Outlook 2016
Hello, I just spent 30 minutes with a Microsoft technician on remote desktop who confirmed that all the server info was entered correctly. I get errors every time that IMAP has not been activated but it shows as enabled in my settings page. How can i resolve this issue please? Thank you, Alex

Hi Team, I'm unable to send emails from "eejiofor@standpointng.com", whenever i try sending a mail, this message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Zoho mail" pops up. However all other emails send emails successfully.

My POP access keeps being blocked (I am on a Premium account)
Hello, I keep getting my POP access blocked (see attached). The message is: Your POP access has been blocked due to excessive usage. Use this link to unblock your account. I click the link in the email which fixes the problem temporarily, but within 1 hour the problem is back! I don't know why this keeps happening - I cannot find answer online. I am on a premium account (paying $99 per user per year). I contacted Zoho but nobody responds. Can someone please help!

I have attempted to setup email for ecomactive.com. Now a) we used an email address on the domain xxx@ecomactive.com and a phone number for verification. The check code arrived as a text and all was good, as we proceeded to setup, it would not. Now every time attempt to register it ask us to provide the mobile number, as we proceed it states that it can not find that number, although it gives us a hint to the last 2 digits on the phone??

Years ago I set up a free Zoho mail account with a "Primary Mail ID" that no longer exists. Later I set up a free Zoho account for a non-profit organization using my only existing non-Zoho email address as "Primary". How to I get Zoho Mail to allow both of these Zoho accounts to be associated with my only non-Zoho email address? Is the only option to stop using Zoho and use another email service provider for one of these accounts? I could possibly upgrade my personal email account to a paid Zoho

Hi Barath, thanks for you answer. The problem is not "Mail Rate Exceeded Limit" , is the 554 5.1.8 Address of the sender blocked, we can send mails to certain recipients, but not others. If we do the procedure you tell us, we can not click because we do not get any links, the problem is different.
