SPF entries still not match with Zoho
Hi, My SPF just wont validated even though the records is the same as per Zoho recommendation. DKIM & MX records did validated, just SPF simply not validated. need help on this as the pop up message is so annoying Thx.

Do I really need to configure DKIM?
I am getting a message, 'DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery' I have looked at the info on how to do it and am completely bewildered by it. I seem to be getting e-mails OK. Do I need 'better e-mail delivery'? I don't know. What will happen if I don't configure DKIM entries? Thanks Tony
Godaddy and Wp-Engine
Hi, I have a domain name that was registered through GoDaddy and now is hosted by WP-Engine. I tried to update the DNS records in GoDaddy however it says "We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us." The namerservers are the ones provided by WP-Engine. Is it possible to make this work with Zoho mail? Thanks Richard

Is DKIM necessary to use Zoho Mail
My DNS provider does not allow me to have DKIM records unless I pay for a more expensive option through their service. As the domain I am paying them for is a part of their organisational domain I cannot change away from them without losing my domain. Therefore, do I have to use DKIM or will SPF be sufficient to use Zoho as my mail provider? Regards, Alex B

Time for a new provider?
I have not been with Zoho long and recently moved from another provider having the same types of issues. Since the four weeks I have moved here, I have been down 5 times. How sad is this? Why can they not run such a simple system? Anyone use another provider that actually works?

My auto reply is on, and it does probably sent mail to no-reply addressess, so my bounce rate went up, and now I can't send mail anymore. I can send email, but all incoming emails bounce with the error "MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes (in reply to end of DATA command)" 1- What caused this please? 2- When will it be resolved? 3- What can I do to avoid this happening again?
