suddenly all my emails are gone
Without explanation, I lost all my emails (5 years of emails), can someone help me ?
How to "Unarchive"?
Greetings, I have mistaken the "Archive" task as a process of moving mail from one folder to an "Archive Folder". However, "Archive" is not a folder, it is more of a sub-folder within folders. Now that I know this, I no longer need to have this email archived within the folder it is in, I need it moved out of the archive and into a different folder. Problem: I cannot seem to move this archived mail to another folder. I cannot seem to delete the archived mail, nor can I "Unarchive" the archived mail.

Spam- Junk Making it through & none junk going to spam
Hi, Either the zoho spam filters are complete junk or I have something set up wrong. If you can please help me that would be great. For some reason a lot of junk is making it to my inbox. And even worse zoho is flagging false positives of legit mail and putting it into my spam folder. To the best of my knowledge I have SPF and everything else enabled correctly. What am I missing? Alway show this Not enabled as verification failed, but i put in DNS records the key, I auditioned http://dkimcore.org/tools/keycheck.html and all ok, but in zoho painel always show the error zoho makelife.com.br This is a valid DKIM key record

DKIM key pair
Hi there, I am using zoho mail account for my webapp which sends email to the users. I have activated DKIM authentication and setup the required key in my domain. The issue is that when I send an email using mail account google shows that unauthenticated. The reason is that I need to sign the email sent by webapp using DKIM privatekey to prove the authenticity of the email sent by the domain. I could not see any way to get that or supply the own key pair for DKIM setup. Could you please help? Thanks.
