Delete from Zoho without deleting from Apple Mail
I am running out of storage with Zoho. Is there a way to login to Zoho and delete all my emails without them deleting out of my Apple mail on my computer?
Server error when registering for business mail account.
Hi, I tried registering and business mail account for my domain http://www.tandentalsurgery.com and filled up everything then it ask me for the phone verification code but it only came after a few hours. When i finally got the code and fill it in it then gave me a server error and redirected me to the registration page so i had to re fill in all the details again but now i can't even submit because it says the domain is already registered to the mobile number xxxxxxxxxx which is my number. My domains are all hosted at MyDomain.com. Recently I set up a web site on Zoho Sites and I altered the CNAME record at MyDomain for the domain mapping to work. Botched email sign up for a domain that I own
I tried signing up to have my domain's email hosted but during the process - when it sends a verification code to my cell phone - the page locked up. after refreshing the page it told me that my verification code was incorrect but the button to resend verification would not work. I closed out the browser completely and started all over, but now when I go back in to register the domain it just tells me that it's already registered. I can't find any way to identify myself or re-verify the mobile #

Hi earlier today I sent a support request from the (presales) page on zoho mail because I cannot send it from I had reset the password for our domain and verified via SMS and I get "password reset successful" But whenever I try to login, it fails and says invalid password. What the... ? As I don't remember what rescue email I left in the account, I gave the phone number associated with it to send reply via SMS. Nothing yet. Can not confirm new e-mail - need to delete
Mistakenly added new e-mail as primary before realizing I could only use one domain on account. Now I can't delete or change back primary email without first "confirming primary". There's no way to do this because domain can not be set up. It's a bit of a catch 22. I just want the newly added email deleted and previous primary email reset.

Problem signing up to Free business account with .gr domain
I'm having problems creating the account. I get an error saying "An error occurred". The domain is craig.gr - I had accidentally created this as a personal email account but deleted it all when I couldn't add the domain as it said it was restricted. Migration was working but seems frozen now
I have 7 email account migrating from my previous provider. 4 finished but 3 where taking really long because they had "TRASH" folders which I forgot to exclude migrating. So I logged into the accounts and deleted the trash. But now the migrations seem to be making no further progress. Should I abort the migration and restart ? Do I have to remove the account and recreate them to do this ? Perhaps deleting the emails didn't help the migration and it is still processing the original list but since

We had a support request sent out on Friday and received a reply today. OK, I know Zoho do not work on weekends. Fair enough. They had a question and I replied earlier today. No response yet. OK, they only work 9 to 5. Not good enough. Problem with sending limits on accounts
Hello, 2 users of the account have been legitimately sending mass emails to our membership database. However, as you may have guessed this has exceeded their sending limits and effectively locked their accounts. I have spoken to them and we have moved our mass mailers away from their normal mail accounts into mail chimp. Could you please unlock their account, I assure you it will not be in violation again. emails not sent. They are stucked in Outbox
Hello, Outgoing emails are stucked in outbox without being delivered. Each mail has a red exclamation sign next to it and even if I select them and click Send right now. Nothing happens. Currently I am only receiving emails. In my organization other users can send emails. I am the administrator and there are no error logs in control panel--troubleshooting.
