ZOHO smtp.zoho.com timeout on mac
I can receive mail but i can't send mail using my mac client (MacOS sierra). I don't know whats happening. Its also not only my mac client. My configured computers using smtp.zoho.com for generating server reports is not working. Whats going on.

I have now switched hosting but after settings adjusted on iPhone the mailbox hasn't rebuilt and kept my old email history? Want to sorr this before completing switch on my mac and iPad, any suggestions please?

i am not able to add user due to "Unusual activity from ip" error. We are using the mail for sending account verification mails for our website. How to tackle this problem. My user outgoing too gets disabled after 2-3 mails.

URGENT - I can't access my email
I can't access my email with my own password. I tried to reset my password but keep dsending the reset instructions to the same email I ca not access. Completelty non-sense. Zoho email retry - BTInternet @btinternet email addresses
Hi, I've just set up a couple of Zoho email accounts to use with my domain - unfortunately, any email we send to contacts with a BT Internet @btinternet.com go to my retry mail queue. There's 4 of them, so its clearly a problem for BT Internet email addresses, as I've seen on other forums. I've subsequently added an spf value of 'v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all' as has been suggested on a few forums. Is there any further news on the problems with BT Internet email addresses, or further advice please?

Zoho not respecting my spam and filter preferences.
Even when I mark an email address as not spam it will still put it in the spam folder. Even when I put the address in my email contacts and make a filter for it to send it to my inbox it is putting the address in spam. I did upgrade to the new zoho mail because I figured you were dropping services to the old email interface, but it didn't work.

trying to migrate mail to zoho. can't locate control panle > mail admin > email migration
My instructions located at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html seem fine. Except I cannot find anything that says Control Panel so I can go to Mail Admin and then Email Migration... I guess my main question is...where is the Control Panel? Also, does anyone know if I can take a POP email and migrate it in as an IMAP?

Hi, I was trying to sign up for the email service. I entered my domain name and phone number. I was a 10 minutes late in entering the code and the code was not accepted.
